Wonderful staff, beautiful location
A wonderful place to say, the staff are so attentive and cater for your every need. There was help around whenever you needed. The room and balancing with hot tub was stunning, it’s a shame the weather wasn’t great, I wouldn’t recommend travelling in May to Santorini. Be warned there are steps/ inclines everyyywhere! Take comfy shoes. But can’t fault the breakfast, John was superb. Room & staff were perfect. Lovely family run hotel and only a 10 minute walk to the capital Fira, so a lovely location.

Not recommended
The hotel is supposed to be five star hotel. Unfortunstely it didn’t feel that a 5star hotel at all.
The bathroom smells so that it’s almost impossible to shower in it. The room was nice and beautiful.
The breakfast was prepared with a very low quality. In this case the quality was replaced with quantity, which made it even worse.
The service of the Greeks was very poor. Fortunately they had some Albanians helping them deliver even a good service.
Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel to another person.
