Notre chambre premium n était pas prête à notre arrivée. Nous avons été déclassé 1 nuit dans une chambre humide au sous sol sentant le moisi. Loin de la vue mer que nous avions payé. Après de longues négociations acharnées nous avons obtenu la gratuité des petits déjeuner pour 3 personnes pendant les 3 jours de notre séjour ce qui aurait pu sembler honnête. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner proposé par l hôtel ne vaut pas les 10€ qu il facture. Choix très restreint et produits les plus bas de gamme de l île. Jambon 1er prix, jus d orange en poudre, yaourt périmé…!
Les installations électriques, climatisations et TV sont sommaires, peu fiables et tombent facilement en panne. La prise sort du mur lorsqu’on débranche le sèche cheveux. Pour couronner le tout le réceptionniste n est vraiment pas agréable ni courtois. Nous nous sommes plusieurs fois accrochés car il fait preuve d une impolitesse incroyable. Nous avons dû transférer nos bagages de la première chambre dans laquelle nous avions été déclassée à celle que nous avions réservée car je le cite « ce n est pas mon problème ni mon travail! » Incroyable ! Comme la chambre que nous avions réservée n’était pas prête de bonne heure, le lendemain nous avons dû annuler une excursion puisque le réceptionniste et son staff ne pouvait pas s occuper du transfère de nos bagages! Pour couronner le tout, la piscine était trop chlorée et nos maillots ont déteints. Cet hôtel c est un formule 1 au prix du SOFITEL car 300€ la nuit !! Fuyez !

I think this pace is very unique. From day one we felt the breeze of Santorini and the atmosphere of this little gem that was incredible. The lady in the reception offered us the best service with such a willing to serve.Her personality was very friendly. The entire place was very clean like the beds and the towels and sheets. We were very close to the beach, I think this was a plus because we could go back and forth in minutes! Well done!

Lived up to Expectations. I had room 210 which was close to the pool. Clean with daily cleaning and changes of towels and bedding more often than needed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.Lots of plug sockets. Shower was good once I followed Alex’s instructions properly! Safe with a key provided. AC provided. Hanging and storage space. Large fridge and ice box. There wasn’t a kettle or mugs / cutlery and this isn’t an apartment type room. Alex provided a kettle and mug when I asked him. I’d recommend bringing kettle, mugs , cutlery etc. Pool area was lovely although the pool was freezing cold. I visited at the end of the season so restaurants were closing. If you turn left out of the entrance and walk along toward the mountain there are lots more restaurants and sovenir shops. It’s also a nicer walk to the village to walk along there and turn left by the aqua blue hotel. I did a bus trip to Oia and Fira- this was worth doing. Alex is helpful. On the first night he rang the supermarket to collect me and other guests to buy water ( worth buying enough to see you through your holiday as they bring you back and it’s a free service) Breakfast is perfectly acceptable although coffee and juice isn’t great.

Alex is an absolute DIAMOND! Along with Mohammed this place is spotless, breakfast is more than adequate for the price, pool is fab and the Bar / Restuarant at the entrance to the Beach has everything you could ask for thanks to Roy and Costas and the Team. The location is superb, on the beach, on the "main drag", walkable to the bus stops for Fira etc, restaurants, fun train right outside - everthing you need! Highly recommend this part of Santorini for October sun and do get up for the sunrise - would DEFINATELY return!

9th-16th Oct. On arrival we were met by Alex, who is a gentleman, very cheery and welcoming. Told us everything we needed to know about Hotel/Villa also surrounding area, rooms very basic, no tea/coffee making facilities, take a kettle&cups, towels chngd everyday, beds chngd every other day, beds comfy, pillows useless, Shower a bit hit&miss re hot water, sml pool area & complex very clean. Would not suit the disabled lots of stairs. The Bar/Restrnt of complex quite expensive. The sun loungers supposed to be "free" only free if you buy drinks/food, also the bar next door are vying for your custom, they are on you right away and also anyone passing, which can be annoying! Also lots of stray cats very off putting. The road ouside complex constant stream of cars, Quad bikes and scooters, no speed limit!. Lots of places to eat all food VG, all staff very accomodating and friendley Acropolis,Apolian, Pesto and Greek night at Dodo's on Monday's is great fun, yng lady that organises it is very welcoming. A bit of a walk nearby bakery well worth a visit, mini market next door also offers taxi service. Went on sunset boat trip which Alex recommended was expensive but well worth it full day out and tkn to lots of places, where you can have a swim, food excellnt also beer, wine and water provided. Water taxi to Kamari, buses into Fira (which is very busy) terminus then bus to Oia, all well worth a visit!! Stunning views, Beautiful places :-)

Overall a great holiday, fantastic location and friendly staff- Shout out to Alex. There is a cafe bar at entrance of apartments but don’t think they are the same organisation. Roy that worked there was also very welcoming. Some very small things that lower my review, such easy things to rectify to make the accommodation a little bit better. 1, coffee/tea facilities in the room would be great. 2, more coat hangers ( we got 3, did ask for more but never received) 3, Things broken get fixed we had a broken door handle- we reported but never got fixed 4- A bin in the room in addition to bathroom bin. 5- More cupboard space- bedside table with space to store things would be helpful. 6-Towels that smell fresh and don’t smell of smoke 7- variety at breakfast. It was exactly the same every day. Fruit juice was disgusting and undrinkable. Things are starting to shut down for the season but there’s lots of restaurants/cafes within walking distance of apartments Nice pool area, quiet and friendly guests.

Alex the hotel manager was absolutely fantastic. So welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel was great, just what we wanted. If you are looking for a quiet peaceful, stress free break this is your place. Breakfast suited us fine. There are plenty of places close by if you wanted a fuller cooked breakfast. The restaurant attached to the hotel was expensive for food and drinks. Again there be cheaper shops and bars closer by. Roy who was outside the hotel getting the customers in was great too. The area was lovely. Flat, with plenty of options for food and drink. Bus ride to Fira and then onto oia was cheap and they run on time! All in all a great place which we fell in love with.

We visited this villa for three days and we were very happy through our whole journey, from the warm welcoming to the great service and the clean rooms that we had. I should mention that they have a very nice food (Continental class) with very delicious flavors and great variety! The interior of the villas were pretty nicely decorated and the beds and bathroom were pretty clear. We had a lovely accommodation in Perissa.

Hotel piccolo ma carino,in chiave moderna..bella piscina e camere un pò piccole con alcune mancanze ( chiave della cassaforte, asciugacapelli..) ma in generale un buon Hotel.. Alex fa tutto e cerca di aiutarti il più possibile, è vero come dicono che la colazione è povera ma se ci si adatta può andar bene lo stesso ( a parte il caffè veramente non buono),poi se vuoi cornetto e cappuccino non sei nel posto giusto.Posizione ottima sia per visitare l'isola che per andare in spiaggia,di fronte all'hotel un'intera via di sdraio..ma anche di bar,di ristoranti e di negozi per la sera,dove chiusono addirittura alle macchine un pezzo di strada..consigliato!!
