Exceptional place very beautiful and calm. The staff is amaizing and very helpful. The place is full of history. Spa staff very nice and attentive to details. A lot of walking paths and you can enjoy the nature and silence. Ideal place for couples that want to rest from noisy and crowded cities.
One negative point that i did not like is the isolation of rooms, noisy when people walk around or when cleaning rooms. In the afternoon when is siesta time.

Posto molto affascinante. Vecchio monastero in posizione top sulle Langhe. Sono tornata dopo 5/6 anni e sono rimasta un po’ delusa. Il posto è sempre molto bello ma un po’ trascurato e il servizio molto scesi dì livello. Peccato perché da un posto così ci si aspetta qualcosa di più. Faccio dei semplici esempi: in bagno non c’era un prodotto viso o uno spazzolino nel caso di dimenticanza. L’aperitivo non regalato ( 39 euro uno spriz) accompagnato da 2 misere patatine senza nemmeno un piccolo crostino. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio. La colazione non esaltante. Peccato il Posto e’ molto carino ma così resteranno solo i turisti gli italiani si allontaneranno

Soggiorno da favola in un posto magico!! Struttura magnifica e tutto molto curato. Il personale è stato sempre molto cordiale. La spa fantastica e soprattutto la grotta del sale è un'esperienza unica. Il ristorante "Guido da Costigliole" un sogno!!!

L’esperienza nel sul complesso è stata molto positiva. La struttura e il personale regalano un piacevolissimo momento di relax. Unica nota negativa riguarso la Spa, decisamente non all’altezza di un 5 stelle. Piccola e poco confortevole.

Beautiful location surrounded by the vineyards We experienced the hotel service somewhat disappointing. In case you want to relax and meditate this might be a good place. In case you like some lively action and atmosphere, this is not the right place to be as the hotel is quite isolated. Bar Hemmingway is a boring place to sit for a drink or snack Breakfast on the terrace was good with beautiful views. Concierge service shoild be more proactive , allthough they helped us with a good wine tasting experience in Barolo.

Il contesto in cui è collocata la struttura insieme alla spa e ai servizi da 5 stelle contribuiscono ad un soggiorno il totale relax. Esperienza da provare per chi ha piacere di connettersi alla natura e staccare dalle abitudini della vita giornaliera della città. Attenzione alla sostenibilità e all'impatto verso l'ambiente... Da ripetere sicuramente...

Quando penso all’eccellenza italiana penso a posti come questo. Il mio soggiorno e’stato perfetto, la camera era pulitissima ed arredata con gusto, la location e’un oasi di pace, il personale gentile e preparato. Siamo stati coccolati e viziati, abbiamo trascorso qui tre giorni tra sport, relax in piscina, cibo e vino eccellenti ed una delle piu’belle spa che abbia mai visto con la sua grotta del sale. Non vedo l’ora di tornare

Superbe relai dans un très bel endroit. Les chambres, le service, le petit déjeuner, le jardin, la piscine, le lieu parfaits. Par contre le restaurant Guido est une grosse déception. Cuisine roborative, sans inspiration, très chère et service limite désagréable. Incompréhensible que ce restaurant puisse figurer dans le Michelin avec une étoile. Si vous séjournez, il est sans doute plus avisé d’essayer le bistro. Le différence de qualité entre l’hotel et le restaurant Guido est surprenante.

Het hotel (gebouw) is fantastisch en heeft tussen de wijnvelden een super ligging. Het is een 5-sterren hotel en is aangesloten bij The Leading Hotels. We hebben veel hotels in deze luxe klasse bezocht en daarom hebben we een kritische beoordeling over dit hotel. Wat je merkt is dat de passie en beleving om deze eervolle 5-sterren service waar te maken is weggeglipt. Als niet het juiste team wordt samengesteld en aan het bieden van de hoogste service wordt afbreuk gedaan, dan is het verval niet meer te stoppen. In de spa bijvoorbeeld is het onderhoud gebrekkig. Van de lichtspots in het plafond werkt een groot deel niet en andere zijn ooit vervangen met een spotje met een andere kleur. De luidsprekers in de spa zijn bruin uitgeslagen. De twee restaurant op het resort zijn goed, maar ook hier mist de passie van het team om beter dan goed aan te bieden. Organisatorisch rommelig, geen feestje op je bord en niet alles even vers. Dit ondanks een Michelin-ster die 1 van de restaurants heeft. De ruimtes in het complex zijn sfeerloos en daardoor blijft de bar veelal leeg of ontbreekt het aan juiste vibe. De middelmaat is de norm geworden en niet meer de ambitie om tot de top te behoren. Wij hadden flink wat kilometers gereden om hier een paar dagen te verblijven, maar hadden daar toch spijt van. Het team werkt wel enorm hard, maar dat is niet waar het om gaat. Wat doe je? Onze kamer/suite was ontzettend netjes en van veel gemakken voorzien. Goed werkende airco en goede bedden.
