The hotel is a city landmark building, and the facilities are very modern and new, which is a plus. Free underground parking, easy access, and the front desk staff is very friendly. Remember to add 20-30 US dollars to apply for a high-rise suite with a super good view; there are free snacks and fruit drinks before 7:30PM every night. Breakfast was very good. The most important thing is that the catering includes Chinese food and tea, which taste very good. This is a plus. The room is a suite, living room, bedroom, independent bathroom and large enough. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette (microwave oven, kettle) coffee and tea. In this Caribbean island country, you can find a hotel with Chinese food, which is great! If you come here for a business trip, I highly recommend it!

If you are going to santo domingo on a business trip and would like to stay close to everything this is the hotel for you. I was greeted by Jarlin he was friendly professional and also was very knowledgeable about the hotel amenities and near by areas I wouldn't be surprised if he is promoted to a manager soon. breakfast is great, evening reception better than expected great employees all arround very safe with underground free parking. the pool gorgeous and very clean with a bar and bartender at a very good price. Applebee's in the bottom floor also movie theater in the same building. I would absolutely stay there again.

Not the place to stay if you want a true vacation feel. This hotel is busy with conferences and families (kids) throughout the hotel. The breakfast was sub-par and the hot tub was lukewarm. There are kids constantly taking over the pool which takes away from the relaxing vibe you may want to experience poolside. They charge for any guest coming to visit you and it's just not recommended if you plan to come here for a relaxing vacation-style trip. The room was nice and clean and had good views though.

Highly recommend! I can be very discerning regarding service levels and this hotel excelled! While I had some issues during my stay, the staff was incredibly gracious and accommodating. I specifically commend Jharlin for a great check-in experience, Misael and the housekeeping team, and Jelfry who handled everything in the best way possible. I also want to highlight Lourdes, Rafaela, and Jose at the lobby bar for top-notch and friendly service.

El WIFI no funcionó durante la estancia. La jefa de recepción de malas maneras al reclamarle por ello, sin ofrecer compensación alguna por este motivo, se puso chula al reclamarle al menos un late check out. Ninguna disculpa ni solucion. Decepcionante servicio.
