The best hotel I've ever stayed at!! Centrally located, the staff were all amazing, especially Ariel. We enjoyed the wonderful shower and the most comfiest bed ever!! The Terrace has wonderful dinner option, the beef was so soft!! There's an open bar area with gummy bears in the library off the reception area. The dexor is very well done!! The breakfast was amazing and ample every morning!! Can't wait to visit another Magnolia hotel in the near future!!

The Hotel Magnolia Santiago is a first class experience. The staff took such great care of me that I really felt like I was coming home when I stepped through the doors. The Rooftop Terrace is a wonderful experience and the food….SO good!! The location is perfect for seeing most of the things you’ll want to see and do. I was able to easily walk to many historical and fun places as well as many restaurants. I couldn’t have been happier with my Hotel choice.

Arriving early from the US and traveling just 20 min from airport we paid extra to get in to our deluxe triple room 27 early . This room is on the street so cars going by constantly. Beds comfortable and the room very clean. Check in is at 3:00. Breakfast was fine.

Como arquiteta, estar hospedada em um edifício histórico já é um privilégio, e o prédio em que está o Hotel Magnólia é estupendo, desde as áreas sociais, até os quartos, banheiros, restaurantes… Os acomodações são muito confortáveis, bem decoradas, bem equipadas e limpas. O café da manhã é bem variado, com produtos frescos e da estação. Tivemos a oportunidade de jantar no restaurante do hotel e também ficamos bastante satisfeitos com as opções oferecidas, com os pratos que pedimos. Vale a pena ressaltar a educação de todos os funcionários que nos atenderam, desde nossa chegada até nossa partida. Como nosso checkout foi antes do horário do café da manhã, o hotel nos forneceu uma caixinha com várias comidinhas para levarmos para comer no caminho do aeroporto. Uma atenção muito espacial com os hóspedes!

Lovely hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well located for sightseeing in the city. Our room was very comfortable and we slept really well. The roof terrace is very nice and we had the set lunch up there and it was delicious and beautifully served. Breakfast was good and a nice selection of things to choose from. A very nice place to stay.
