Ótima localização! Funcionários muito educados e atenciosos. Boas instalações. Limpeza ok. O Café da manhã atendeu nossa espectativa. Cama confortável. Chuveiro e banheiro excelentes! Voltaria a me hospedar no Nippon. Próximo do Metrô e principais pontos turísticos centrais!

The staff was really good and spoke very good english. The breakfast was just coffee, juice, toast and some type of sliced meat, but it was fine.
The room was disappointing; no refrigerator, no coffee pot, basically just the beds and a small table. The beds were ok, the pillows were shot.

olha, o único ponto positivo é a localização, pois fica próximo a alguns pontos turísticos da cidade, no mais a estrutura é antiga, a porta do meu quarto tinha sinais de arrombamento, poucos cobertores mesmo estando temperaturas próximas a -1, não há restaurantes próximos, café da manha super tarde depois das 08:00 da manha, fui praticamente em todos os passeios com fome pois a van passa no local por volta das 06:30, se voltar a Santiago não será minha opção de hospedagem

The only good things are: location and bathrooms (which were renovated). But overall the hotel is decadent (old building, old and careless decor), and very poor breakfast. Furthermore, with a few exceptions, the employees are rude and serve with grudging service.

The only positive point of the hotel is the location. Noisy room and dirty bathroom; bad breakfast. We only stayed one night. I do not recommend.

Place was pretty run down and to me seemed not very clean. The bathroom sink was the cleanest place I think. I used my own towel as a kind of blanket as I didn't want to use theirs, used a T-shirt as a pillow case instead of theirs as well. Noise everywhere...even from the AC. I looked for something on the cheap but still looked ok to crash for a night so I have a lot a can tolerate and this just wasn't for me.

They did not open breakfast at the indicated time, they were 15pm late and there were guests waiting. The room had no air circulation because the window did not open, and there was a trapped smell, the A/C was very old. Let's say that there were all the facilities and it was ok, but there are better alternatives for a similar value. I chose it because I needed to be in that sector.
