Hotel Mar Menor

Booked three nights here but left eaely. The air-conditioning dripped water onto the floor, even thugh they wanted the unit set no lower than 23C. The safe had no locking mechanism and the bathroom window would not lock. We complained and asked to change rooms. They said there was no free rooms but they would look at the aircon. Other than mopping the floor they did not fix the aircon. With 40C temperatures working air-conditioning is required. On leaving early, we complained to the manager. He simply shrugged and coildnt have cared less. Shocking customer service. Reservé tres noches aquí pero me fui rápidamente.
