Staff was very friendly and helpful
Clean room and comfortable bed. There was moderate level of noise from neighbors and cigarette smell in the hallway

Je pensais avoir un hôtel " stylé" vu le nom, mais en fait les chambres sont très basiques, aucun effort de déco, un bureau minuscule et ayant déjà bien vécu. Des murs tellement fins que j'entendais le voisin de l'autre côté du couloir ! De plus le petit déjeuner est très décevant, c'est le prix d'un petit déjeuner dans un Mercure ( 15 €) mais pas avec les mêmes prestations ! Pas d'œufs brouillés, de bacon, des fruits en boîte et au sirop, du pain pas frais ( je recommande la boulangerie 3 maisons plus loin), confitures sans intérêt... Le seul intérêt est sa situation, près du centre ville et d'un parking public.

Hotel correcto , bien situado cerca de todo lo interesante De Santiago de Compostela , andando a la estación de trenes ,bus de aeropuerto -de 7’, habitación correcta y limpia , el desayuno bastante bien , sin lujos pero todo esta muy bien , personal atento !!

Para un Bicigrino en ruta y llegada a Santiago de Compostela, normal llegar a hotel y o un hostal que acepten y resguarden las bicicletas. En este hotel no especifican y al registrar dicen NO se aceptan bicicletas. Muy desafortunado y mal atención del “Director” al discutir y reaccionar de una manera inconveniente. Particularmente ser un hotel para servicio y comodidad, esa recepción de parte de un Gerente. La chica en Recepción muy amable y entendió la situación para registrarnos y tomar nota que el problema lo deben resolver, e informar y publicar en su medios que No se reciben huéspedes con bicicletas. Volveremos a Santiago a otra opción de hospedaje.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. Carpet is dirty, rooms are so small and I have 10 - 12 red bite marks on my arms and side - I believe they are likely from bed bugs. When I lifted up the sheets, there was hair and dirt on the mattress cover. Not clean at all. Chairs behind front desk are worn. The breakfast was above average and the kitchen staff was very friendly. They saved this from a 1-star rating. Ownership needs to invest in the property.

Buena atención en Recepción, muy bien ubicado, cerca de la Catedral y del casco histórico. Cerca de cafeterías y restaurantes. El clima: inestable. Recomiendo traer ropa de abrigo .Comprendamos la torta de almendras y licor de café ya que es una tradición aquí

Estuvimos después de Navidad y la verdad es que es un hotel muy bueno, centrico, las camas muy cómodas, dormimos muy bien ,la habitación era triple , grandísima , daba a la calle pero no se oía nada el tráfico, desayuno muy completo, un supermercado enfrente por si hace falta algo, nosotros fuimos en coche y aparcamos en la misma calle los dos días. Muy bien de precio , los empleados muy amables, no pongo 5 estrellas por el baño muy estrecho.
