Hotel it self was good enough. Found it to be dated in fixtures & fittings and lacking in hot water, (it was always warm just not hot). Room was spacious enough with two very large single beds, although did order a double. Bathroom had everything you would expect. Plenty of storage in room as well. Breakfast was average, but nothing was kept very hot. Still there was a decent selection.
All in all, everything was alright just not spectacular, which was a bit of a shame as stayed in some very good 4× eurostars hotels before.
Location is about 15mins walk or 5€ in taxi to centre

Very little sleep due to location of room. When I finally visited front desk at 3:30 am I was told that the noise was normal. During the day, repairs were being done to a room nearby, so unable to nap after completing 300+km on Camino. We would have upgraded if we had been told of potential noise when we checked in. Beautiful room and hotel. Just a horrible experience for us that could have been so much better with communication from front desk employee.

Hotel confortevole, ad un quarto d'ora a piedi circa dalla cattedrale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camera di buon livello, letto comodo, bagno stile oriente express. Colazione ottima e varia da non perdere. Unica lamentela, dei clienti dell'hotel che hanno a lungo fatto rumore sul piano all'esterno delle camere con urla e risate a mezzanotte passata, senza che nessuno intervenisse.

A wonderful hotel to stay in as the location is ideal as it is close to the city. I stayed in a suite and had ample space too. Breakfast on the top floor was very tasty too. The staff were excellent and friendly. Would stay here again for sure. Cafes are small but serve great snacks.
