O hotel tem uma estrutura satisfatória: quarto grande, restaurante espaçoso e arejado, cardápio variado e com preço justo. Entretanto, deixou bastante a desejar no quesito higiene/limpeza. Quando cheguei no meu quarto, o papel higiênico estava no fim, provavelmente era o mesmo utilizado pelo último hóspede; a minha toalha estava manchada e haviam formigas caminhando pelas paredes de todo o ambiente, inclusive no banheiro. Outro ponto que deveria ser repensado: para este padrão de hotel espera-se trancas por cartões e o Belo Alter ainda faz uso de chaves convencionais.

Hotel em meio a natureza, com uma praia de rio na frente e rodeada de verde! Café da manhã bom mas o café nunca estava quente. Cama confortável, wi-fi funcionando legal e ar condicionado bacana!

Razoável. O hotel parece abandonado. Algumas áreas precisam de reforma.
Existe teia de aranha por toda parte, as luzes do andar superior não funcionam. No quarto, as camas estão com as molas soltas. Dificil ter uma noite boa de sono.
O café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, faltando item como leite em pó ou gelado. Você só encontra duas opções de pães. Que deve ser consumido com bacon, ovos ou manteiga.
Para o valor da diária, eles precisam melhorar urgente.

Fiquei na casa da árvore e a experiência foi maravilhosa! Local tranquilo, quieto, muita natureza. Quarto muito limpo, com telas nas janelas e porta, dá pra dormir com as janelas abertas tranquilamente, sem medo de entrar mosquitos. Nos fundos do hotel há uma prainha, sossegada tb. Café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Há adoráveis gatinhos que vivem lá. Curti demais e pretendo voltar! Único ponto a melhorar: falta um ar condicionado na recepção, complicado pros funcionários passarem o dia naquele calor somente com ventilador.

Não achei que valeu pelo preço. O hotel é muito bonito e grande. Me parece que tinha um laguinho artificial ao redor do hotel, pena não terem colocado água. A ideia é muito boa.
Gostamos do contato com a natureza e do espaço amplo.
O café da manhã estava bom, mas é pouco variado.
A piscina estava suja e sentimos odor de barata ao chegar no restaurante

Mal recebido no chek in. Atraso para liberar o quarto, não tinha nem se quer água na recepção. Ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem. O piso de madeira no quarto parecia “fofo” ou com tábuas mal colocadas, fazia muito barulho quando se caminhava por ele. Poucos funcionários se esforçando para atender bem os clientes. No geral, merece uma avaliação mediana, pela beleza do lugar.
