Hotel facilities and room are very clean! The location is also good and you will reach Santa Monica beach right after leaving the hotel :)

Not a single window can open, stuffy! Room is big enough ,New decorations inside with smells! Robe is wearing not comfortable, too heavy! Breakfast is great!

Okay! My wife and I took a little get away, (from those kids) and enjoying each other and the beach! The hotel was nice and they made accommodations for us excellent. But what I have to brag about was the valet service! Manny, Jorge, Andrew, and Jesus were truly superb. It was more than their timeliness with my vehicle but their service and food recommendations were excellent. They were personable and made the experience A1!

This place used to be the JW Marriott and they tried to renovate it to make it more expensive . The place is even worse than it was before. The staff are bad and the overall vibe is cold and overdone. The bell/valet staff are some of the worst in LA.

Hotel was very well located and we had a great stay. The hotel is trendy, well decorated and has all the amenities needed and beach access. Staff was very friendly and we got top notch service from the valet 🚗✨Thanks Rob and folks for the stay !

We were disappointed in the hotel because it was almost like it was their first day of opening with mediocre service in the room didn’t have any water or snacks. The air conditioning system was broken and couldn’t reach the proper temperature.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now for a quarterly business meeting. The hotel was recently renovated and it looks very beautiful and modern. Staff are gray, Rob, Marcus, David and Emerson really do provide a hospital vibe whenever I come visit. Although I haven’t actually stayed in the rooms, I’m sure they are beautiful as well

Very unique and different hotel. It was an awesome stay. I do wish that they had a food pantry or vending machine. The key cards are super cool and I very much appreciated the fact that you had to scan your keycard in the elevator to go up to your floor. Amazing views, good atmosphere. Pool was nice. The restaurant is on the pricey side of things but the omelet was good.
