Its the second time I stayed in the same hotel snd in general is ok, the private beach could be bigger and they have constructions next to the building so my view wasnt that great. Its a little far from down town

Beautiful hotel!! Modern and very nice and comfortable rooms!! Location I can't tell you because I didn't leave the hotel so I couldn't locate myself!! Since I was there on a Monday and Tuesday, the hotel was deserted, which lacked the atmosphere of the people. I didn't like the beach very much.

The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops.
The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful.
We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty.
The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

Staff is not friendly. The guy working at the beach door was extremely rude and unwilling to help with a beach bed.
Good breakfast. Gym could be better equipped.

Me encanto !!! Que hermosura de instalaciones, acabados de lujo. Me aloje en una suit vista al mar preciosa!! La vista al atardecer bella. Las piscinas , el bar , muy buenos los espacios y la atencion. Definitivamente volveré Muy recomendado

Es un hotel un poco inferior a otros Hilton, no tienen en cuenta el estado HHonors cuando el viaje lo ha organizado la empresa en un grupo, yo soy Status Gold, me dijeron no aplica para viajes en grupo. Tenía acceso al Mezanine, nadie me informo que había allá, nisiquiera en que parte quedaba la piscina, ni que servicios ofrecian. La verdad me parece que el servicio en el front Desk, fue pesimo.
