Melia Ibiza - Adults Only

We stayed here in September and honestly did not want to leave. Both the rooms and the Level experience were exceptional. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant had views to die for. Beatriz The guest Relations Manager was exceptional. We can’t wait to return next year.

Got back from this hotel on Sunday. We have stayed here on many occasions over the years when it was the Sol Beach House and always liked it. Now that it has been updated under the Meliá brand we booked a Level supreme sea view room and was not disappointed. Large balcony with a double sunlounger and a wicker chair and table - perfect to relax with a coffee or tea, there was a coffee machine in the room and a kettle with a choice of teabags and coffees. Room was clean and very comfortable. If I had anything to say it would be the lack of English speaking channels on the TV, but that wasnt a problem. There is now a separate dedicated check in for Level guests and with Patricia, who was welcoming and friendly at reception, right through to the Level breakfast with a special mention to Raquel who took our breakfast order most mornings, they always had a smile and helpful suggestions. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a uniquely beautiful spot where you can see the coast line for miles and also good for walking along the coastline or to the marina, shops and restaurants - marina is approximately 10 minute walk along a flat, tiled walkway. My mum was with us and she struggles with walking but was able to manage the walk there and back easily. There was one day that had rain forecast and I noticed an umbrella holder with multiple umbrellas for guests to use if they wished, by the door in the reception area. It’s these little touches that makes it special for me. Another was a singer on guitar at breakfast on Sunday morning, was just perfect to sit there with the sea sounds and the gentle voice of the singer while eating breakfast. Absolutely heavenly. The rooftop pool and bar is again another wonderful spot to relax, swim and see the view for miles as it’s one of the highest buildings along that coastline. Lastly we enjoyed the tapas in the level lounge area daily between 5-6pm, as well as the soft drinks, teas and coffees, wine and beer available all day. Also will mention is the WI-FI was very good, reliable and fast. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and chill out in a beautiful place.

We booked based on checking the reviews; reception staff superb, the rest was average, food/drink for breakfast poor, staff uninterested, pool standard, room standard, cleanliness wishy washy, grounds maintenance poor, not 4* Superior, no entertainment day/night, all in all, whilst we relaxed in the resort, we believe there are better hotels in Santa Eulalia

Lovely relaxing hotel....room very nice, only one little thing..mirror on the dressing table needs to be bigger!!! Other than that..great ..great Seaview, only a short stroll to the marina and town...breakfast was average but enough for us. Bar area and pool area all very nicely done and modern ...we would definitely consider staying here next year again...

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. Our suite was bright, clean and had the best sea views. We could watch the sunrise from our balcony and of an evening the stars were the brightest we’ve ever seen. Location was remote, but the Marina and Town is only a 10 minute walk away.

We have stayed at this hotel annually for the past few years and prior to returning we decided this would be the last visit however, after just staying at the newly refurbished property, we’ll be back again! The new Level is located in a separate entrance to the left of the main entrance into an area previously used as the meeting rooms within the newer wing. This is a lovely, comfortable, relaxing space incorporating reception, lounge and breakfast offering with chilled music. We’d booked rooms, as usual, in the ‘newer’ wing as we love the size of the rooms and the amazing view. Given that the hotel has been refurbished these rooms unfortunately haven’t received as much attention. The sofa has been replaced by two tub chairs utilising the same table that was placed at the end of the bed, a fan has been installed which is a great addition and lighting controls made simpler. Marble tops have been placed on top of existing timber units but other furniture looks worn, particularly the terrace table which could easily have been replaced or refinished. My room also smelled of drains each time I entered the room which maintenance had a go at resolving but didn’t quite fix. Despite these issues, every member of staff were amazing (except the lifeguard who wasn’t particularly helpful when there were no towels at the pool). Particular mention to Raquel and the fantastic team in the Level - a credit to the company. Sunbeds are an issue with people reserving and not occupying them or leaving towels on beds and leaving them. The Level is great except when guests selfishly take whole bottles of wine/cava back to their tables to consume. This is an exceptional hotel, made better and we would love to return.

Hotel is nicely renovated, rooms have ibiza, modern vibes, with nice sea view and sunrise.. 2 Pools with wooden sunbeds, these were comfy... breakfast is good and lot s of choice, cava is a plus, pleasant terrace! Short walk to santa eulalia with lot s of restaurants as the biggest disappointment of the hotel was the diner buffet... small and all the food is cold, if the buffet gets improved, the hotel is top! We will return however in bed&breakfast service...
