My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the penthouses and loved it! The view of the city, the mountains and the sea from the three balconies was just beautiful. The room is not only stylish and comfortable, but also has a fully equipped kitchen, which we always appreciate when travelling. There is a fairly large smart TV in the lounge but with this view we didn't even switch it on :) The location is good, it's a 15min walk to the centre of Santa Cruz and there is a tram stop 5min away which takes you to the main bus station and La Laguna, we will definitely be back on our next trip!

Todo ha ido bien.
Perfecta, todo ha sido colaboración por parte del alojamiento.Camas, cozina, muebles, todo muy bien. lo único es que el solarium de la planta ultima tiene un horario restringido de 10 a 20 h. todo lo demás perfecto

Going the extra mile for our stay is just what they did. Our cruise ended and we took a taxi from the port to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel earlier than expected but we were able to get right into our apartment and relax. The store right next door was so convenient. I give them a 5 star 🌟 rating.

Apartamento bien equipado. Las camas son un poco duras y las almohadas demasiado bajas. Otra almohada habría solucionado el problema.

Muy recomendable.
Apartamentos bien situados. A una distancia cercana al centro. La recepción está abierta gran parte del día, son amables.
Alquilamos dos apartamentos, uno de ellos muy renovado y el otro más anticuado.
Se aparca bien por la zona.

Family trip 2022
Very good and safe location. Remodeled rooms and elevators. Nice personnel. Small supermarket right next to it. Opportunity for improvement is to have its own parking because it is very difficult to find a parking spot in the area.

Estancia Mejorable.
Buenos días, el sitio no está mal, pero al entrar hay un mal olor horrible. Ya empiezas con mal rollo y te sugestiona el resto de la estancia.
En las habitaciones mucho calor, lo que te hace abrir la ventana y te encuentaras con que hay mucho ruido externo. El equipo de aerotermia que tienen en el pasillo se pone enfuncionamiento por la noche, lo que genera ruido que te despierta y no te dejar dormir.
Son medidas que deberían tener en cuanta para un mejor confort en el alojamiento.
