Funcionarios 100% muito bem atendido. Quanto ao hotel está se deteriorando por falta de manutenção. Muito remendo. Muito bolor nos lustres da Recepção, TV com 4 canais. O problema é estrutural. Local privilegiado.

A localização do hotel é privilegiada de frente para o mar, a estruturas dos apartamentos são um pouco antigas mais nada que atrapalhe na hospedagem, resolvo o atendimento dos funcionários do café da manhã que é excelente , as camareiras dos apartamentos também são umas simpatias em pessoas . Fiquei hospedada no apartamento 111 no período de 23 a 30

Incrível limpeza e atendimento ótimo porem no meu quarto pedir uma cama de casal e tinha 2 de solteiro com um protetor que nao deixava dormir direito por estar dividido a cama, precisa melhorar essa parte no mais tudo ótimo as refeição e os funcionários.

Esta localizado bem pertinho da praia, é para mim é a única vantagem. O quarto é escuro, cheira a mofo, a cama é horrível, banheiro escuro e sem ventilação. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar. Almocei o primeiro dia que cheguei, e a comida péssima, extremamente salgada e demorou uma eternidade para ficar pronta. Enfim, não voltarei mais neste hotel e nem indico.

Já fui várias vezes, mas pq priorizo alguns pontos exclusivos do hotel. Se vc quer uma vista incrível do mar, gramado, pé na areia, funcionários atenciosos, em especial Cintia e a menina de óculos do café da manhã, Ingrid, Wagner e Eduarda do bar e restaurante, e Islândia da reserva, esse é o lugar. Mas se vc quer tecnologia, café da manhã farto, restaurante com variedades, entretenimento e serviço de hotelaria não vá para este hotel. O parquinho precisa de reparos urgentes, principalmente gangorras.
