很老的酒店了，在二環邊上，一定要入住前台附近的背對着馬路的房間。否則住在主樓的話，會非常吵。二環路上車流非常大，而且大量的老舊日本車噪音極大。房間的隔音不太好，所以會很吵。酒店早餐不錯，在當地算是比較不錯的早餐了。服務員的態度很好，很樂於幫忙。

Personal muy cálido, paciente nos dieron recomendaciones para el almuerzo, instalaciones amplias ambientado con cultura del lugar, cama king en las habitaciones, piscina bien temperada, para el almuerzo su churrasco nacional y pique macho muy bueno !!

Es un hotel com varias cosas para disfrutar si las personas vienen de vacaciones, tiene una piscina hermosa, las unicas quejas que tengo es que me parece el colmo que en pleno 2024 y este hotel no tenga practicas ecologicas, todos los dias cambian las sabanas y toallas. El gimnasio solo tiene un aire acondicionado, deberian tener 2, la comida en el restaurante muy normal.

Fui a dar unas conferencias. Excelente atención, cordialidad y atentos a cualquier necesidad. Muy buena ubicación. Desayuno completo y disfruté también de algunas cenas exquisitas. Habitación con escritorio para trabajar. En el próximo viaje, elijo el mismo hotel

Gran Hotel, muy buena atención por parte de los recepcionistas y en el hotel en general, todos son muy cordiales, haciendo valer la frase de "es ley del cruceño la hospitalidad".
