Massively overpriced for what it is. Wants to be a luxury hotel but cannot compete on any level with Four Seasons or Mandarin and the likes. Very average service everywhere, not particularly friendly, average food, design like a 1970s eastern block holiday camp. The “beach” which is basically rocks with cement is worse than anything I have witnessed in the whole Mediterranean

Wir sind im Oktober 2024 für 6 Nächte im Six Senses gewesen und waren leider ziemlich enttäuscht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Bei Check-In war bereits so ein Trubel in der Empfangshalle, so dass wir das Gefühl hatten diese direkt wieder verlassen zu wollen. Auch das Frühstück findet in dieser Empfangshalle statt. Man hat das Gefühl als sei man auf einem Bahnhof. Ganz weit weg von einer entspannten Stimmung. Es war einfach nur super laut und wir wollten immer schnell wieder aus dieser Situation raus. Das fanden wir für ein solch „entspanntes„ Hotel, welches es ja eigentlich sein möchte, gar nicht angemessen. Zudem hatten nicht alle Restaurants geöffnet worüber wir im Vorfeld und auch nicht beim Check-In aufgeklärt wurden. Was uns ziemlich geärgert hat war die Tatsache, dass das Housekeeping trotz des „Do Not Disturb-Signs“ einfach in unser Zimmer gekommen ist. Nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption haben wir die Information erhalten, dass dies deren neue Policy sei. Das Housekeeping würde auch so reingehen, wenn sie der Meinung sind, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. Das ist für uns überhaupt nicht akzeptabel und eine Eingriff in unsere Privatsphäre. Die Reaktion des Hotels fanden wir sehr fraglich. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr besuchen.
