We stayed for 3 days and the service was super attentive, they had a buggy service that would take you to the invitation, the all-inclusive food was sometimes a bit cold but it was great. Incredible views from almost every part of the hotel. The all-inclusive includes almost everything except two restaurants and most elaborate cocktails (only long drinks and two cocktails enter), but it is enough. There are lots of shows and activities for children and adults. highly recommended

Location is perfect! They provide a hair dryer, body+hair wash along with body lotion, the gym is small but the view is amazing, good sized sauna, but they only have one hot tub. Staff were very friendly and helpful, cleaners were amazing! Would 100% recommend

This hotel is in the perfect location, if you’re looking for a beach experience, it has its own private entrance to the beach, the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday thoroughly. Definitely encourage one to add the breakfast and dinner option to their bookings, as they have a large variety of dishes to pick from, buffet style, and they change the menu intermittently. Would definitely stay again

The service is excellent, as are the facilities. They also give you the possibility, the day you leave, to spend the whole day in the hotel and take a shower before leaving (they provide you with towels, shampoo...). The location is good, it is not the center of Ibiza but it is very close to Cala Gracioneta and Cala Saladeta, supermarkets and all kinds of services.

Pros: - It's and adult only hotel, thus it better suits for solo travelers and couples - Friendly ladies at the reception - Some barmen are friendly and polite - Clean rooms in general - Balconies in the room - A pool with many spare sunbeds - A decent Wi-Fi connection - Close to the embankment - Free entrance to the nearby O Beach Club before 3 pm Cons: - Super tiny gym located in common area - Some barmen are chummy (fraternizing) with customers. They require training in manners indeed - The breakfast a la carte was so-so. I tried several options, both the taste and the quality were mediocre - I had to request cleaning 3 (!) times on my 4th day of stay. There was no cleaning in my room before - The wooden keycard was deactivated several times, so had to visit the reception for replacement - Some groups of youngsters behaved like animals. Beautiful place. A piece of heaven. The hotel is 20 minutes from the airport and is amazing. Rustic looking and like a huge garden. Staff is very helping. The restaurant at the hotel has great food but a bit pricy. Rooms are very clean and beautiful.

Lovely hotel, clean minimalist bedrooms, not far from the ‘*****’ about 10 minutes walk to all bars and restaurants on the sea front Ibiza is just amazing, the hotel didn’t disappoint. Great music on in the day, the life guard is always cleaning round and is so happy and chirpy. Friendly welcoming staff We just had bed and breakfast only made it down once ( if you know you know 🤣) meals around the pool lovely. Supermarket at the side of the hotel sells the best salad and fruit boxes!!!! Perfect for the worst hangovers 100% recommend

We booked 18 rooms at the hostal sunset for our wedding guests but have stayed on multiple occasions at the Hostal Sunset. The staff here are really helpful and friendly; a special thanks to Marco & Veronica. This is a budget hotel, centrally located but still far enough away from the noise to be quiet enough to get some decent sleep. We were a mixture of couples and families. This hotel on some sites states no children but we had a few with us so check with the hotel in case this changes. The rooms are very basic; some have been updated and some still need it but at £75 a night for a room for 2 with a terrace in August you get what you pay for. The rooms are clean and if you need anything done there is always someone to help. The only thing I would suggest are slightly better mattresses (this is probably as I’m used to a firmer mattress at home). The pool area is across the road and great; it never gets too busy and there’s always a life guard on duty. You can take you’re own drinks and food to the pool as they currently don’t have a bar at the hotel. We took a speaker so had a pre party most days. Every room has a safe for free, the air con is fantastic and there are some free toiletries; you can buy more at reception. I would definitely book again if I was looking for something cheap to put my head down.
