Average stay- nice location - pre book parking
So it’s great to be in the buzz of the square. The downside is the parking. The parking link on their website takes you to another car park. The woman on reception didn’t speak much English and didn’t seem to care
What’s not clear is that you need to prebook parking to get clear instructions. Needless to say in the tight cobble streets and one way system in the heat of a summers day when you get lost and they don’t speak English and you only speak a little Spanish is somewhat frustrating. The breakfast options are basic, we went outside to sample local fare instead and had a wonderful time.

Absolutely lovely hotel, perfect location in the middle of town. Wonderful team, great breakfast, nothing more could be asked for.

Esta ubicado en un sitio privilegiado, el hotel merece mucho más de dos estrellas, hay hoteles que con cuatro estrellas ni se acercan, hemos quedado encantados

Excelente hotel, céntrico, con parking en una calle justo al lado, es un plus y súper comodo. Entras y hay un patio andaluz muy bonito . La atención del personal un diez, la habitación perfecta, bonita, limpísimo todo, la nuestra con una preciosa terraza . Hay una terraza común con unas vistas estupendas. El desayuno muy bueno. Hay hoteles con más estrellas que no están igual de bien

He dejado pasar varios días pero tengo que dejar este comentario por qué no vi la atención adecuada con mi situación. La semana pasada hice una reserva por teléfono (la atención con Bea genial ) y el jueves la anulé. Está vez me tocó Enrique el cual no me pareció correcto en las dos primeras llamadas, me hizo el cargo de la habitación después de saber que quería cancelar la reserva. Cuando Bea me comunicó que me cobraban el viernes por la mañana… entre otras cosas sentí que se burlaba de mi. Luego se disculpó varias veces, por qué sabía que la lío. Es una pena que por una persona juzguemos el trabajo de un equipo, que no dudo que sea espectacular. Pero a mí no me quedaron ganas de conocer este hotel.

Muy buena ubicación, trato excelente ,limpieza perfecta,a pesar de estar en la mejor zona de ocio no tienes ningún ruido de la calle, llevo varios años alojándome en el hotel y nunca defrauda. Lo recomiendo a todas las personas que buscan algo perfecto

Lovely, centrally located hotel. Staff were excellent. Room was modern and clean. Walking distance to all attractions. We used the hotel parking which was conveniently located around the corner. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Highly recommend this hotel
