I highly recommend this hotel. The premises has a lot of character, it is located near all the famous sites, the breakfast is excellent the room is clean and cosy but most of all its the staff that makes the difference. I ran into a slight predicament and even after I left the hotel, the staff management, in particular Mr Mustafa, went out of his way to help resolve my problem. You will not regret staying here. It is definitely value for money and much more. My highest recommendation.

Palmyra Boutique Hotel in Sanliurfa is within walking distance of all the sites. Gobeklitepe is only a 35 minute drive. Parking is next door. The rooms are meticulously decorated and large. The staff goes out of their way to provide first class services to every guest. At Palmyra Boutique Hotel there is a positive energy and everyone is friendly and eager to help. The breakfast is the best I’ve had in my 32 years of travel in Turkey. (see photos) Travelers looking to stay in an authentic historic place need look no further. Palmyra was built in 1863. It now serves as a perfect place to rest and explore the history of Mesopotamia. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserWe are one of the first customers to use the hotel, a very beautifully designed and very comfortable hotel. It is a fantastic worker friend, whether the reception staff are a hard staff or a fantastic lazy friend. I hope they will continue to improve this quality without disrupting it or even increasing 🙏🏼 I will say that the building is resilient to natural disasters such as earthquakes and floods as of the first time you entered. A hotel you can stay in a comfortable way 👍🏼

Hotel was in general terms ok and at a walking distance to the city center and museums. Restaurant was goog. Some staff would benefit a lot from improving their knowledge of English. The air conditioning in our room was not generating enough cooling. I referred it in the reception, but nothing changed. At the checkout, we wanted to buy an article they had on display on a glassed-door shelve. But the staff told me that the people who could open it would arrive at 7 PM only... This was translated via mobile phone, since they did not seem to speak enough English. I wonder today if they understood want I wanted... Not the most positive experience at a Hilton.

The hotel is clean, well maintained and beautifully decorated, staff extremely helpful and helping me to get around. Not even to mention the most amazing breakfast included in the price! Would really recommend 100%, 5* are not even enough!

GGuest UserA hotel you will go with your family with very warm interested people. They both cared about us and our very good daughter 😊 We were very happy. We arrived at Urfay at 2 pm and we stayed here at 2 pm. If your way falls, this is exactly for you.

FF@is@LThe location is great by walking distance to historical places and old city. The hotel is preserved a classic design building. You can feel in the period of ancient classic which is can get new experience to live in the old era. The staff is great but very limited English, Google translation very useful for a communication.

HHartoyoHasan help us a lot such as car parking, laundry, free tea. Location near centre. But little bit disappointed with amenities since I select room with have washing machine but not found in my room.
