Ausgezeichnetes Essen mit persönlicher Betreuung durch den Haubenkoch der alles am Tisch freundlichst erklärt! Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder. Wir waren zu viert und Alle hatten etwas anderes mit Super Qualität. Super netter Gastgarteb mit Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser.

Wir hatten einen unglaublichen Urlaub. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden kostenlos auf eine Suite upgegraded und bestens umsorgt. Die Küche ist erstklassig und besonders toll waren das Dinner am Bergsee und das Raften mit der Gastgeberin. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Stayed for 6 nights ski trip I February 2023. Great lication clise to ski luft and ski hire shops. Reception went out of their way to accommodate our late arrival, Room spolessly clean and bed comfortable. Great ski locker room, ski boots were always warm next morning. Breakfast had amazing choice and hot food cooked to order, omelette an absolute must. Nothing too much trouble. Stayed on B&B but dined in during stay. Can highly recommend chefs menu. Planning to return next year.

Im Hotel steht der Gast absolut im Mittelpunkt und wird durch die sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter*innen mit Herzlichkeit umsorgt, sei es beim Empfang, im Restaurant, in der Stube oder vom Zimmerpersonal. Die Küche ist außergewöhnlich in der gelebten Vielfalt und der Auswahl an erlesenen Kreationen nebst Weinbegleitungen. Eine Sauna rundet den sportlich gestalteten Tag ab und bietet Entspannung und Erholung. Das Hotel bietet für jeden Gast/Paare/kleinere Gruppen die entsprechenden Zimmer und Suiten an, wahlweise mit Frühstück oder Halbpension. Numerierte Parkplätze befinden sich direkt am Hotel. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in Sichtweite jenseits der Bahntrasse. Die Speckbacher Straße liegt keine 100m entfernt und ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Für Ski- und Nichtskiläufer ist das Hotel im Winter und für den Wanderer im Sommer ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub. Meine Frau und ich können dieses Hotel als überzeugter Gast ohne Vorbehalt empfehlen.

Questo hotel su Booking dichiara di accettare animali ma in realtà non possono entrare al ristorante (fuori tutti i ristoranti lo accettano), non può entrare nel bar, non lo accettano neanche se sostiamo nella hall. abbiamo chiesto di andare via ci hanno risposto che dobbiamo pagare tutto perché la loro policy e scritta sul loro sito in tedesco e non gliene frega nulla di quello che noi abbiamo chiesto in inglese. This was the WORST stay I have ever had in saint johann or Kitzbühel. Please look further because this is NOT Worth your money! This is not 4 stars this shouldn’t even have 1 star. First: They claim they are walking distance from the ski lifts, but trust me I still had to take my car or walk more than half a kilometer with ski ski boots and ski equipment, not a joyful experience. Second: They claim they had ski bus they don’t. Third: They claim they have a spa and a wellness center yet they don’t have an actual spa they have a rooom with the smallest spa I have ever seen it doesn’t fit every one and you need to book it days before. Fourth: They say they have a restaurant yet it’s almost never open and it has a very poor menu and the quality of the food is embarrassing. They have the worst personnel ever, I have been treated so badl by this one receptionist VERENA. If the owner reads this, you should fire her because she is the worst receptionist I have ever met. She is rude and careless and told me to shut up more than once while I only asked if the dog could come with. This brings me to my last point: They claim that pets are allowed yet they need to be left alone in the room because they cannot be anywhere else but in the room. P.S. The rooms on booking are drawn and not shown because they are so horribly looking really choose something else.

Estuvimos aqui en junio de 2022. Se trata de un cuco hotel, justo al lado (5 minutos a pie) del centro de St Johann in Tirol. La atenciom fue muy buena, nuestra habitacion fue completa con una terraza muy agradable y un baño completo. Solo tenia dos pegas: la cortina no era opaca, con lo que en cuanto amanece entra toda la luz y la ducha no tragaba lo suficientemente rapido. Muy buena relacion calidad-precio

We only had a short 2 night ski break in St. Johann as we were passing through, but it was a great choice, especially the hotel and its location to the lift & rental/ski depot. It’s not easy getting accommodation that suits a family of 5 with 3 kids under 10! But the Hornkristall Suite was very generous in size (separate room for the kids) & had great comfort and views of the valley and slopes. Breakfast was really excellent and dinner displayed a flair of the adventurous cook with some outstanding little oriental touches. When at check in you are told to please ask for second helpings you know there is a generous spirit at play. Whilst Covid times are a little dampener, the fact that you are asked to do regular antigen tests as well as the staff, to me was a display of a caring and comforting approach. I will certainly be returning to such a friendly, comfortable and convenient hotel. Thanks for a lovely stay, we loved the full family ski experience.
