Excelent service, flexible, client oriented, very good entertainment team and activities, very good therapists from Indonesia, Butan; good location for ski - good ski rental in the hotel; short distance - only crossing the street to the ski piste.

A special mention goes to Nic, the snow mastermind, who made our skiing experience unforgettable. His expertise, enthusiasm, and attention to detail truly set him apart. For dining, Eduardo was absolutely outstanding – his professionalism and passion for creating a delightful culinary experience made every meal memorable. Great hotel with magnificet views from the rooms, amazing food, helpful and friendly staff. In the heart of the charming Obertauern city, near all beautiful ski slopes, great connection if you came here to ski. Spa facilities and pool great, there is also a great bar with live music and huge game room on top floor for all ages. I highly recommend this hotel, it was just perfect

The best vacation I ever had. Rooms are so beautiful, cozy and comfy, food is delicious and everything is great. Wellness is one of the best I ever visited. Staff is very professional, Marta is the best waitress! 10/10 experience and I will definitely come again!

We had an amazing time. Check in was quick and simple, we were given all the infos we needed. Room was amazing, beds are firm, but comfy. We had a bottle of wine waiting dor us. Thank you❤️ Our little one was a bit sick unfortunately, but the hotel staff helped us and also I asked if it was possible to get some cooked rice for little one, even though it was not on the menu for room service, and in no time-they sent a bowl of rice to our room. Thankfully, kiddo got better and we enjoyed the rest of our short stay. The heared pool and buzz place on top are amazing. It was hard to leave those places. Restaurant is also great. Food delicious as always, there is a choice of everything for everyone. Pizza, sweet stuff, freshly made meat/pasta dishes, omlettes… the staff in the restaurant all very friendly, efficient, kind…all the staff actually are just amazing. They are the “soul” of the hotel. Hope to see you all again soon❤️❤️

Supeer, hotel is very comfortable. I was enjoy here, breakfast, lunch, dinner everything is amazing. I will recomand to everybody. Staff is very kind and friendly. Signature cocktails amazing, lobby bar is perfect, service, food, ambient.
