Overall it's OK, the breakfast is simple. I stayed for more than a month. The good thing is that there is a shuttle bus to Sandton, but the attitude of the hotel staff is too average. It would be better if the service was better.

I checked into the hotel on June 20th, which was also the first night of my second stop in South Africa and the first hotel in South Africa. I booked 2 rooms on the platform in advance. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, the breakfast is rich, the room is not big, but it feels warm, and there is wireless network, but the lampshade of the bedside lamp in my room fell off. On the second day of check-in, June 21st, we planned to go to Pretoria for a day, and then return to Johannesburg to continue staying in the hotel, so we asked the front desk for the renewal price. The front desk waitress told me that the room price was cheaper than the platform price, so we decided to order 2 rooms at the front desk, but when I swiped the credit card, the price displayed by the card machine was higher than the price the front desk waitress told me, so I asked why? The front desk waitress replied that there was a deposit fee, which would be returned to me after checking out, and I believed it at the time. However, the card machine did not print the credit card payment slip immediately, saying that it could not be printed, and it would be given to me when I checked out tomorrow, and I believed it. I was in a hurry to leave the hotel on the third day. I handed the room card to the front desk and left without talking about the refund of the deposit. I thought it would be returned to the credit card by the same route as domestic hotels. A few days later, there was still no refund on my credit card, so I reported the matter to the platform. The platform negotiated with the hotel and got the reply that the hotel did not collect the deposit. I was speechless because I did not ask the hotel to issue a receipt for the deposit, and the hotel did not take the initiative to give me a receipt or credit card payment bill. I had no evidence. But no matter what, I would not be so stupid as not to place an order on the platform because the room rate at the hotel front desk was higher than the platform room rate. Between me and the hotel, one of us is always lying!
