The linens and comforter were supremely comfortable. Cute place and right in town. Breakfast area was too small, we invited a lady to join us. Not sure how they can accommodate more with the unusual layout of the various buildings though. It was a bit noisy until about 10pm, but then quieted down. There was a band playing at an adjacent park on a Thursday night.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is centrally located in Sandpoint, you can walk to anything in town! Room was very clean and the free breakfast looked decent but we went out for breakfast. Parking for us turned out great, right by entrance to stairway to our room. My biggest complaint is that I could hear everything from other rooms. We could hear people talking at a normal volume or even walking around. I could hear toilet lids close and especially toilet flushing. And the busy traffic noise was loud.

Friendly staff who clearly care about your stay being a good one. Room very clean! Fridge and keurig enjoyed. I pushed the desk chair near the open balcony to enjoy fresh air. The balconies are not large enough to actually sit on. Best part was parking under the roof right by lobby door and walking everywhere downtown. We walked to Amtrak to train-watch and hit plenty of shops downtown. Recommend Connie’s cafe right by the hotel for patio dining, good food and lively bar scene.

Room smells musty. Bats hanging off the walls outside of rooms and elevators all day and guessing they will be flying around tonight. Cold pool. Room appears clean. Not my cup of tea for accommodations. Front desk friendly but unable to have anyone to get the bats out. Weird set up, three old buildings with one building across the street.

Hotel is in a good location for shopping and dining but is actually spread out over three buildings in downtown Sandpoint. We arrived on a very hot July afternoon; check in was smooth and staff were helpful. When I asked for a quiet room we were told Building One was in a newer condition but Building Two might be quieter. The good news was we had air conditioning to keep the room at a reasonable temperature. The bad news was that the wall mounted unit was incredibly noisy and dusty and only inches away from the bed. In order to keep the room cool it rattled on and off all night long. Ear plugs were a must. Breakfast was disappointing. Lots of unhealthy processed food and drink choices. This was an expensive room for us but I feel like we got a 2 star hotel for a 4 star price.

Nice hotel with comfortable beds and great lighting. Great location for walking to Cedar Street Bridge for shopping. Restaurants nearby galore. Ample parking. The property is large...nearly the length of the block. Breakfast is OK. Chevron mart is across the street if you forgot something. Recommended

Check in and check out were handled by very nice people. The room was of good size, and very clean. It even had a tiny balcony if I wanted to stray outside. The valet carts were a bit hard to manage--releasing the dead man handle immediately applied the brake--which made it hard to maneuver the cart while trying to call the elevator or opening doors. The breakfast was very simple--it looked like the items came from Costco--which is no issue in itself, but the Sunny-D offered really should be upgraded to real orange juice. I can't imagine bottled juice costing that much more than Sunny-D. I would definitely stay here again if my travels took me to Sandpoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were upgraded to a suite, which was new and very nice. As others have mentioned, the location is excellent. The breakfast area is small, and cereal would have been a nice addition. Good coffee and very friendly employees. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very well located and very comfortable. The room was large, and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. There is a super nice hot tub. Nice amenities such as a free breakfast. The breakfast area also offer bottles of water, juice and fruit bars you can just grab at anytime. Nice!!! Would definitely stay there again! There are 3 buildings with building 1 being close to front desk and breakfast area, building 2 close to the pool and building 3 close to the hot tub. They are fairly close to each other.
