DISAPPOINTED run on a shoestring. Basement breakfast , hostile service. Soap/shampoo scarce. Reception/location good. Rooms ok.

this hotel is very nice. They don't guarantee parking, but we were able to park in the driveway and leave the key with the staff, and they managed to move cars around and fit everyone in, which was great.
We had a little balcony, and could see the view, which I recommend requesting.
As much as I love this hotel, I would have preferred to be closer to the old town where all the better dining options are. Also, a bottle of water, per person, per day is expected when you pay this (high) price for a room. They have a safe in the room, which is good.

Disappointing which started with an unfriendly welcome. The room was average, the lift could be heard groaning and the bed was the most uncomfortable of our trip (10 different hotels). Overpriced.

The elevator did not work. I was on the third floor, and the stairways were extremely dimly lit and dangerous . The room was also poorly lit, and the air conditioner could not be adjusted by temperature only high, medium and low. I was required to turn in my key when I left however, I waited 20 minutes, banging on the bell before anyone came to give me a key to my room . The furniture is very old and needs to be refurbished. Nice size twin beds and a beautiful bathroom, very stingy on bath products one very small bar of soap and a very small little vial of body wash. Pretty front, close to the beach however it is very expensive and I would not go there again needs a lot of updating.

Although in a great area, the place needs a makeover. My room felt damp, there was mold in the bathroom and the bed wasn't very comfortable. The severely overpriced breakfast was depressing and disappointing. Overall, i would not stay here again

The hotel was quite nice and clean. It is close to La Concha but away from the Old Town. The bus system is excellent. I would have appreciated the front desk staff to be more welcoming and helpful after we arrived. I would stay here again.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful in ALL regards and friendly. We are doing a tour of both coasts of Spain and Portugal and so far this has been the best room yet. Spacious with beautiful views
