Dos Casas was an exceptional gem in this vibrant city. Our suite was beautifully decorated and appointed, the housekeeping service was perfect, and the staff was very attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Miguel made sure all our needs were met and made the most amazing recommendations for sites to see and rooftop restaurants to enjoy. The hotel is ideally located. Highly recommend!!

Estuvo bien
El hotel está muy bonito, cerca de todo. El desayuno está bien, podría mejorar.
Tiene su propio estacionamiento. Lo único que no estoy de acuerdo es que no me aceptaran el checkout a la 1:00 pm, sin embargo creo que es un buen hotel.

Buena opción en San Miguel
El hotel muy bien localizado. Las habitaciones muy amplias y limpias. El único inconveniente es el ruido. Se escucha todo lo que pasa en el patio restaurante, en los pasillos e incluso ruido de obra.

I was disappointed with the facilities!!!
Let me first start by saying the staff were kind and friendly although few spoke English.
For $375 (USD) per night in Mexico i was disappointed. We were in room 7 and
* the water in the bathroom did not get hot. Even after running the water for 10 mins.
*the bedroom air conditioning unit started dripping water to the point they had to turn it off and give us a fan. I woke up sweating.
*we could not get the tv to work during our stay. I wanted to watch the news.
*the room was too dark and lacked natural light. We were on the ground floor so could not even open the curtains if we wanted privacy.
Maybe the other rooms at this hotel did not have the same issues as we had but based on my 3 night stay in room 7 i would not stay at this hotel again which is a shame because the staff were lovely.

We got the room with the rooftop deck town view (#5) and it was fabulous. Having that lovely private rooftop terraza was one of the best parts of the trip. We had our breakfast (included) brought to us there every morning. The staff was fantastic and helpful setting up activities and reservations. We got 90 min. massages from the spa. They were wonderful and reasonably priced. The hotel was an easy walk from most of the points of interest in town. Highly recommend.

Super hotel con excelente ubicación. A dos cuadras del centro. Cuenta con estacionamiento propio. Las habitaciones están muy amplias y cómodas. El personal del hotel es muy atento, en especial Miguel el Gerente. Muy agradable estancia y el desayuno incluído está muy rico.
