With our "usual" place being closed we needed to find a new spot and were not disappointed: This place is a fantastic oasis for relaxation and to start a day full of business from. We had an apartment featuring a large open living room, a small maisonette-style sleeping area, and a sleeping room with an ensuite bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, tub - and there is another bathroom with shower and toilet next to the entrance of the apartment), all with windows and looking down into the courtyard and/or over the countryside. Furniture is in style and perfectly matches the atmosphere. The garden, or rather park like area is very well maintained and features many sitting areas as well as a pool further back in the park - enough deckchairs there to relax. There is a rivulet running through the estate, which gives the entire place the final touch of a hidden gem and paradise. Breakfast is excellent and offers all sorts of local and typical Italian dishes you'd expect. While they dont offer lunch or dinner, they have great snacks and platters, which you can enjoy together with their excellent wines from their own winery. The landlady and owner is a great person and pays a lot of attention to details, making sure everyone feels at home - so do her employees who really know how to provide hospitality. Verona is close by, but you need a car of course - max. 20 minutes into the centre of Verona. Make sure you follow the instructions during your reservation: come in the afternoon during the specified time window (otherwise let them know -in advance- <--- this is written everywhere, several times. Not difficult to understand), and use their google pin to find the place otherwise your nav might send you somewhere else (also not difficult to read and understand). Finally, they have lovely dogs who are used to people and children. Wonderful stay, thank you very much
