L’incanto e la quiete dei luoghi ove è ubicato l’Albergo Ütia de Börz sono già un ottimo motivo per sceglierlo. Le nostre aspettative non sono state deluse: abbiamo trovato un ambiente familiare e accogliente anche grazie alla gentilezza e alla competenza di tutto personale dell’albergo. Siamo stati coccolati con colazioni succulenti e cene davvero ottime. Partiamo con un ricordo di una bellissima vacanza. Grazie di cuore. Ritorneremo. E a voi tutti buone ferie!!!!

Ubicazione incantevole, ma purtroppo mal gestito. Durante il check in abbiamo saldato l ammontare della stanza (cifra non economica per altro) lasciato i documenti e senza ulteriori avvisi da parte del gestore , pensiamo che fosse tutto a posto. Il receptionist di turno non ci informa di nulla a riguardo di spese aggiuntive. Al termine del soggiorno con giá il check out effettuato,veniamo contatti per non aver pagato la tassa di soggiorno...con tanto di link per il pagamento. Imbarazzante. Noi facendo notare alla gestione che non si è mai visto chiedere la tassa di soggiorno il giorno dopo il check out... riceviamo risposte assurde...del tipo che ci era stato scritto che andava versata la tassa di soggiorno e ok..ma nessuno ci ha detto nulla durante il check in e noi pensavamo fosse già stata comprensa nella tariffa totale. Per fare sta figura da taccagni...forse meglio se si dedicano a altri lavori. Per evitare di trovarvi con spese impreviste cercate altro Sconsigliato.

Soggiorno a dir poco Pessimo,iniziando dal personale che è incapace e senza alcuna esperienza . La stanza minimal ,senza frigobar,ma in compenso piena di ragni e ragnatele. La struttura all esterno non ha nessun punto luce e bisogna armarsi di torce è completamente al buio. Colazione misera, con prodotti scadenti accompagnata dalle mosche ,che vi faranno compagnia sia a pranzo che a cena. Un consiglio..evitatelo

Siamo tornati per la terza volta, quest'ultima con la nuova gestione. I ragazzi del personale davvero attenti gentili e professionali, pulizia ottimale, cena buona. Atmosfera completamente differente dai precedenti proprietari , devono lavorarci ancora tanto. Unico neo? La receptionist che ci ha fatto il conto poteva almeno salutare e chiedere come ci siamo trovati , le basi della customer satisfaction..... Consigliato veramente .

Vista spettacolare. Puoi toccare le vette più alte con un dito. Desiderio immenso di tornare prestissimo. Paradiso a 2000 metri s.l.m.. Staff eccellente, profumo di pino e calda atmosfera. Non manca davvero nulla. Pace assoluta. Torneremo

Arrived to heavy snow fall. Absolutely stunning scenery from the lodge. Used the snow shoes and sauna both days.
Staff were all excellent - friendly and patient with our poor Italian vocabulary.
