O hotel é super bem localizado. Ótimo atendimento, conta com spa - que faz toda diferença após uma dia de esqui.
Uma banheira de hidro bem grande e sauna seca, vc agenda horário e fica Excluisva.
O café da manhã é ótimo.
O banheiro é bem pequeno e a cama tb.
Mas no geral é muito bom e eu voltaria me hospedar com certeza.

Super bem localizado! Quarto limpo e confortável, sem luxos, mas muito bom! Recepção acolhedora, nos deu ótimas dicas sobre a cidade! Tivemos dificuldade no aluguel dos equipamentos de ski e eles nos ajudaram a encontrar um lugar disponível! Highlight! Café da manhã gostoso, com pães, bolos e guloseimas caseiras e frescas! Hotel muy bien ubicado! El desayuno variado y de buena calidad. Todo el personal es súper amable, en especial Alan de recepción. Hotel familiar, con muy buena predisposición en todo momento. Hay opción de cafetería por la tarde, ideal cuando llegas del cerro cansado, ya que podes merendar o comprar algo para picar. Cumple con todo, súper recomendable!

First, the hotel did not refund the prepaid VAT tax. This is standard practice in Argentina as all prices include VAT. The room was left unmade with ridiculous excuses. The location is good, breakfast friendly.

Hotel close to the center, quiet area surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. Everything is very close, the location is excellent! The staff is very friendly! The garden is very nice, the rooms are comfortable and have a refrigerator to store your own supplies. The only thing I would like to improve is the service at breakfast since all the waiters are in the kitchen and not all the tables are set. You have to set the table you want since sometimes when the guests leave, they don't leave everything set up again. You have to leave the keys at the hotel reception when you leave.

Nos hospedamos con mi marido durante la primera semana de enero. Excelente servicio y amabilidad de todo el personal, muy atento y trato personalizado. Nos qudamos en la habitación 112, que da hacia la pileta. Buscamos tranquilidad y buen descanso y eso es exactamente lo que tuvimos... Nos quedamos muy contentos con el hotel, su decoración y el servicio. El desayuno es completo, sencillo pero muy rico, incluso tuvieron la amabilidad de prepararnos el desayuno más temprano porque nuestra excursión salia antes del horario de inicio del desayunador. Nos sorprendió gratamente que nos pregunten que queríamos / necesitábamos. Tambien nos prestaron toallas para ir al lago. Ojalá podamos volver muy pronto.
