Could not stay in the first room that I was assigned to. It smelt too bad was given a different room on the opposite side of the building. It didn’t smell as bad, but it still smelt bad. Could not watch Netflix or anything cast from the phone because the volume was locked down on the TV so low that even sitting in front of it, you still could not hear it Most places that advertise breakfast included start the breakfast at 6 AM. There’s did not start until 7 AM at which time I’ve already left for my appointments each morning By 3 o’clock the next day, my key card no longer worked. I had to go get it reprogrammed what if nobody had been there

The price of the hotel is good, we used just to sleep so is worted for that, but the hotel have potencial for improvement, they need to work in renovate the items in room and arround. improve the cleaning! the room smells musty, shower curtains were stained.

This was the worst Motel we have ever stayed at in 50+ years! Desk clerk was hesitant to give me extra towels at check in, stains on the bed and all the lamps. Out of four lamps, only one worked. Shower needed better curtains; shower and curtain were moldy. Table had crack and a leg was not straight, Air conditioner worked but was abnormally loud, squealing every time it turned off. Lamps also had visible damage. Janky surge protector on its side on the nightstand; made it difficult to use for charging items. I spent time untangling the cords behind the nightstand. It looked like they removed the traditional light fixtures but didn’t properly cap the opening, so there was a hole above one of the beds. I found teeth marks on the “new” soap. Closet was broken and would not close properly, and the three ice machines at our building did not work. We were directed to go to the other building for ice. Coffee maker didn’t seem to work; poor quality.

Above title should nail it. Room 211 poop on walls and super green pool water apparently had been green for over a week per the couple staying there for week on buiness. I got pictures. The office does not care and I am sure the company dont either.. I just wounder if they changed the sheets

We checked in room 133, loved the close location to the river city park area. We stayed one night. That was enough, crickets invaded our room, the A/C humming and rattling kept me up every 2 hours, a chair is worn, the bed may not have been changed. The breakfast was the worst, a few gummy pancakes, round egg patties, and over done sausages, the lady over seeing the breakfast and desk definitely had a bad demeanor, as if we were bothering her. Not going to stay here again, oh and the pool was green and gross.

The only reason I reserved was for 3 beds. (2 queen beds with a sofa bed) but I only got 2 queen beds. I had to buy a air mattress!!!!!!! I overpaid. Found a Roach and silver fish on my bed!!!!! A/c is set so you can't adjust it, so room was warm. The remote you have to call front desk and they tell you to push several buttons just so the volume works. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! RUN DOWN AND DIRTY

The pool is nice, the room was clean enough for a night but definitely needs a deep cleaning. Quality control on ensuring that rooms are ready for guests needs improvement, one room had no TV or telephone.
