출장 차 방문이었습니다. 위치는 근처 마트나 식당 등이 있어 최적이었고 공항까지는 20분 거리 입니다.

One elevator broken. Extremely slow only elevator in use No food from 11:30 am until 3:00 pm Bedroom was nice Bed confortable Nice gym In room Ac was LOCKED so I couldn’t lower the temperature less than 20 c 1.3 mb/s internet speed The workers were friendly and nice

Aspectos positivos: La habitación es confortable y aquellas con vistas al Parque Tangamanga son silenciosas y cuentan con bonitas vistas. Aspectos neutros: lo considero como neutro y no negativo ( dado que lo sabía antes de hospedarme), el hecho de que no contara con restaurante. Aspectos negativos: el hotel cuenta con room service, pero nunca me había tocado un room service en el que la comida me la sirvieran en un contenedor de delivery y no en platos, da una sensación muy pobre. A nivel de seguridad creo que tiene varios aspectos a mejorar. El acceso abierto, la recepción en la 4ta planta…

El hotel es nuevo tiene lo necesario para una estancia con las necesidades cubiertas, desayuno de cortesía y buena localización. Aunque se siente frialdad en el personal muy al estílo americano. Estuvo lloviendo y salir a los lugares cercanos fue llegar empapado porque no cuentan con paraguas.
