The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that it was front beach and there were rental cars outside the hotel. They had a local taxi who h made us feel safe. Downside is that it is outdated and old rooms and no closet space. But perfect for an affordable front beach hotel.

There’s a unique layout to the property that will entice travelers, but that’s all they’re selling. There are stray dogs that freely roam the property, cleaning that hasn’t been done in ages, and there was potent smell of urinal cake in our room, along with black spots on our pillows. We left after night 1/3 for a cleaner location.

It´s a beautiful well size hotel, no extremely huge hotel, is far away from crowded beachs and noisy town´s hotels. In front of beach and sea, literally, is perfect for a couple, or family, or friendly plan, or and relaxed plan, it´s full of very good service and so kindy people.

Cocoplum was like a sitcom parody version of a beach hotel. Had a blast at times, at times were confused at how everyone elses experiences in their rooms were so different from one another. By in large we really enjoyed, but mostly because of the quirks. Beautiful beach spot, Pablo the main bartender is the man. Great stay!

Un excelente hotel un servicio excepcional en el área restaurante y recepción las habitaciones muy cómodas y súper cerca de la playa adicional un hotel donde podemos llevar las mascotas y un acompañamiento de parte del hotel para ello. El hotel está situado a primera línea de playa y así no sea playa privada lo parece

Excelente el hotel, sobre todo la ubicación, falls de las habitaciones y el patio es el mar, el restaurante donde desayunas, almorzaste o cenas es con vista al mar, y tiene un sector al aire libre increíble. El hotel cuenta con servicio de playa (toallas, reposeras, camas con sombrilla). La habitación con aire acondicionado, clave para el calor que hace por estos lados, agua fría, agua caliente y un ante baño con espacio para los artículos personales. Lo recomiendo ! Volveremos pronto

El hotel muy descuidado, las habitaciones llenas de humedad y muchos zancudos, el baño con goteras y una mala vista. La playa muy sucia, muchos perros en la playa con desnutrición que no le permiten estar tranquilo a uno a la hora de estar descansando

Excelente opción para un viaje familiar. Las habitaciones muy amplias y acogedoras. La salida directa a la playa es muy conveniente y la playa en sí misma muy bonita, con posibilidad de ir caminando a Rocky Cay que cuenta con un arrecife de coral perfecto para practicar snorkeling. Para familias con niños pequeños es muy tranquilo, pueden dejar a los chicos deambular con libertad por el hotel. El personal es muy amable, la comida y el bar muy buenos. Si quiere una vacaciones tranquilas este es un muy buen sitio en la hermosa isla de San Andrés!
