Welcoming facilities surrounded by greenery, worth an evening walk around the facility. Restaurant inside. Excellent location for visits or conferences at the Bellaria hospital, reachable on foot.

Bellissima struttura in una suggestiva location. Personale gentilissimo, cibo buono, camere dotate di ogni comfort, piscina molto bella e ampia. Dall'hotel si può raggiungere facilmente il centro di Bologna, sia con i mezzi che con la propria auto.
Segnalo che appena siamo arrivati ci hanno offerto un upgrade gratuito del nostro soggiorno, offrendoci una camera migliore di quella che avevamo prenotato

Ristornate buono, colazione molto varia. Personale di sala gentilissimo. Aree comuni molto ben tenute. La camera era ampia, ma troppo calda la prima notte e il phon in bagno un po' vetusto, di quelli poco potenti attaccati al muro.

Beautiful location, but do not stay here! We booked for 3 nights but left after one. The air conditioning was broken, leaving us in a scorching room. After breakfast, we returned to find no water; when it finally came back (hours later), it was brown and filled with sediment. Eventually someone came and got the water fixed but no hot water, only cold. Staff were rude and unhelpful, and the manager refused to talk to us or issue a refund, blaming us instead. They said it was too far into our stay despite most of the day was spent waiting on them to fix the water. We packed up and left and found a much more pleasant place to stay. Oh yea they never fixed the air conditioning or even attempted to and the pools are FILTHY! Save yourself the hassle—find a better place! TL:DR beautiful location, with horrible staff and no water or air conditioning in the rooms, and the pools haven't been cleaned in lord knows how long.

L'albergo è come sempre una garanzia. Inoltre senza alcun sovrapprezzo mi hanno riservato una Junior Suite al posto della Camera superior che avevo prenotato, e non è la prima volta. Sono davvero soddisfatto ed è ormai il mio riferimento per Bologna.

Posto fantastico così come tutto lo staff! Siamo stati davvero benissimo, camera pulita e bagno spazioso con tutto il necessario Super consigliato se vi trovate in zona Bellissima anche la parte esterna molto curata con tantissimo verde
