What a disappointment. We booked the Hong Kong room, facing the sea (family room facing the sea). The room is old, the windows do not close, so we slept with the mosquitoes. The bathroom was not very clean, does not have curtains on the windows (hello the garden of the neighboring hotel) and is completely in its own juice. The reception was kind enough to change our room, we were moved to an annex at the back of the garden, overlooking the parking lot. The water heater above the shower has a bad contact, so if you want hot water, you have to touch the plug... in terms of safety it is shameful. No refund possible, the new room is worth half of what we paid for the first. We are not the only ones to complain to the reception. When we asked for a commercial gesture (free dinner, not even half of our loss of earnings), the situation degenerated. The "manager" ordered the guard to close the gate so as not to let us leave. The general discourse was that if we do not pay for dinner, the amount will be taken from the employees' wages. We are told to wait for the owner, and when he arrives he denies being the owner and goes to lock himself in a room before even finishing emptying his car. The situation calms down when we call the police to find a common ground. Before the police arrive, the gate is miraculously opened, we are free to leave with the dinner kindly offered. If you see beautiful photos of the pool with sea view, do not be enchanted! The rooms are not at all what they appear in the photos. The owner is at the reception every day behind his computer, but impossible to discuss. Language barrier supposedly, rather a lot of bad faith.

- The sliding door to our room was almost impossible to open by yourself - the roof of our room was leaking directly above the bed - the room was dirty (no daily cleaning either) - shower more like spray than water - almost 1 cm gap between the wall and windows/doors - unfortunately the facility is very neglected - but the food was OK In general, I would NOT recommend this hotel. We were glad when the 3 nights were over. At least you learn to appreciate the simple things again...
