It was ok not too bad the only thing that suck’s is that they have a room with a KITCHEN but there are NO GLASSES, NO PLATE’s, NO CUP’s, NO UTENSIL’s, NO POT’s, NO OVEN RACK’s and NO nothing to use to cook. The only thing they have is ICE TRAY’s, they also have COFFEE POT but NO COFFEE.

The breakfast is terrible, there are only two choices, and the taste is not good. After staying for a few days, the room was not cleaned one day, and the service was mediocre. Overall the price/performance ratio is not high.

After staying for three days during the epidemic, public facilities such as hotels and restaurants were closed, including room service, and the experience was average. It was originally for the Westin brand, but the hotel is really too long. Both the appearance and the hotel facilities are relatively old. Seeing Marriott across the street is very new, don't ask me why I didn't choose Marriott, because I didn't see it when I booked the hotel! The only advantage is that the room is fairly spacious and comfortable.

A taxi from the station is very close, there are many restaurants within walking distance. The hotel itself is good, the price is acceptable but the problem is that the actual charge does not match the time of booking, and no receipt or confirmation of the order has been received.

Lovely room with a HUGE bed, plenty of towels for the bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic in the shower. The pillows were very comfy too, along with a great mattress, outlet ports beside the beds worked too. The staff were lovely aswell. If I’m ever back in San Jose, I’ll be looking to book here again, highly recommend!!

It is really convenient to cook, and the oven is oversized. The bed is not as big as the imaginary American bed. Two people will sleep, and the two big ones will be very crowded. Breakfast is ok, there are not many styles, but enough to eat. There are packing boxes, fruits and what can be packed and taken away.
