Evidentemente el hotel tiene 2 categorías, una aceptable, que deben ser las habitaciones del 1er piso y por las que leí varias reseñas, pero lamentablemente yo no fui, y otra categoría que es malísima, habitación económica, sin ventana al lado de la cocina vieja y minúscula. Atención cuando se programa ir a este hotel, vale la pena conocer previamente qué habitación se contrata.

Io ed il mio compagno, abbiamo alloggiato lo scorso weekend in questa favolosa struttura, immersa nel verde delle colline toscane, a due passi dal borgo medievale. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale ci ha accompagnati sin dall'arrivo in albergo, alla nostra partenza. Abbiamo optato per una Camera Superior compresa di terrazzo, confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. La cosa che ci ha colpiti maggiormente dei vari servizi che offre la struttura, è il buffet della colazione, curata, con scelta ampia tra dolce e salato, puoi gustala anche all'esterno mentre godi di un ottimo panorama. Piscina in giardino, escluso non approfittare dell'aperitivo servito dallo staff. Ottima anche la scelta di piatti veloci da gustare insieme all'aperitivo. Insomma, tranquillità e pace le due parole chiave per descrivere questo meraviglioso posto. Non ci dispiacerebbe tornarci in futuro per godere nuovamente di questo relax.

The hotel has a perfect position in the Tuscan countryside and the view is spectacular. The staff are also kind and welcoming. The breakfast is quite diverse and you can have it right in front of the pool area so you can enjoy the marvelous view. Unfortunately, the rooms aren’t quite so comfortable and they could use some remodeling. All in all it is a very nice place to enjoy a Tuscan escape.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du centre, dans un environnement agréable. La piscine est un vrai plus, très plaisante pour se détendre, et le cadre est vraiment charmant. Nous avons dîné sur place, et le repas était tout à fait correct. La chambre était un peu trop petite pour nous, avec peu de place pour poser les valises. La petite terrasse était sympa, mais il y a beaucoup de vis-à-vis, ce qui enlève un peu d'intimité. Un autre point à noter est que le personnel ne parle pas du tout français, ce qui a rendu la communication un peu plus compliquée. Cependant, c'est un endroit idéal pour une nuit, surtout avec la piscine et l'emplacement .

Ein trostloses Hotel das vor viell. 30 Jahren zeitgemäß ausgestattet war. Das Zimmer ca. 12 bis 14 qm., der Rezeptionist hat sich mehrfach wegen der Zimmer entschuldigt. Die guten Bewertungen hier sind nicht nachvollziehbar. Das Hotel ist auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Bit of a mixed bag, this. Great location just outside the town, and quite a large and welcoming lobby in the hotel. Room I had, along with the ensuite bathroom, was definitely on the small side. Maybe other larger rooms are available. Service in the breakfast room/restaurant a little patchy at times, but still good. One niggle: there was only one usable plug socket, and that needed an adaptor kindly supplied by Reception. So many hotels just haven't kept up with the fact that people these days want well-located mains and USB sockets. That aside, the room had a large balcony and great views over the Tuscan landscape.

Lovely small hotel within easy walking distance of San Gimignano. Good sized room with sofa, small balcony and views across the pool to the Tuscan hills. Air conditioning wasn't terribly effective but not too bad. Friendly and helpful staff and a decent breakfast to set you up for the day (mainly fruit, pastries, cold meats / cheeses and cakes). Pool area and sun loungers were not too busy and easy to relax after a day signtseeing. Car park was full but plenty of free parking spaces nearby.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura 3 notti nel mese di Agosto. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo staff della reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione varia e prodotti di qualità. Personale della sala cordiale ed educato. Camere pulite e spaziose. Bellissima vista dal balcone. Torneremo presto

Wonderful stay in Tuscany! Amazing Staff! thank you! we will come again next summer! The room was comfortable, nice view on tuscany hills. The staff at the reception was friendly and helful. Nice garden and pool. Wonderful breakafst, thanks to Lucia and Raji and Mic.
