The door is not easy to find, the environment is bad, there are homeless people downstairs, the hotel is poorly soundproofed, old, and there are also noisy houses

La zona es el epicentro de los homeless y la droga en San Francisco. En el hotel esta lleno de homeless que pagan por alguna que otra noche y es totalmente sucio y oloroso. Solo por ver la zona estuve a punto de irme, pero di una chance y subi para anunciar mi llegada, al ver la "recepción", el olor y la suciedad del lugar, sumado a los personajes que subian y bajan de las habitaciones, decidi irme a un hotel de verdad. Las fotos de la web no se condicen con nada de lo que vi ahi, hubiera deseado leer las reseñas antes para no perder mi plata aca. NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUI SALVO QUE SEAN HOMELESS QUE QUIEREN UN CUARTO PARA DROGARSE. Pocas veces me senti tan inseguro en mi vida.

Location isn't for families yet the staff here are so nice they aren't up in your buisness. They always are available and most importantly the rooms are pretty clean for the $$ this place is the best again location may seem rough yet I never had any problems coming or going the door is buzzgate and someone will always be available to buzz you in

Absolute, utter garbage. I would rather sleep in a haybale in the freezing Russian winter than stay here. Tenderloin is a horrible place to stay, stay out or have your soul eaten alive by the ********** crawling in the walls.

Got to the hotel late. On the taxi ride through the Tenderloin I saw men in balaclavas with large weapons. When we arrived I was scared to get out the taxi. Our taxi driver didn't leave until we was safe inside the building. I will never forget the smell inside the hotel. The room was just awful. Bugs, burn holes and dirty. Our window did not lock and there was a fire escape just outside of it, so extremely easy access to enter. We arrived so late so couldn't book anywhere else, plus we was too scared to leave the hotel until the sun come up again. Luckily we had a couple of towels that we could sleep on because the sheets smelt. It gives me the shivers just thinking about it. I will never stay anywhere ever again without reading the reviews first. We booked 3 nights. Stayed 7 hours and found somewhere new. Id rather chew my hands off than stay there again

Booked the hotel for the price. However, even though it says $59 or $65, the price they actually charge is $125. Also, it is in such an horrendous area, I truly did not anticipate getting out alive. Under NO circumstances consider booking this place unless you are actively suicidal and like living in filth!

The neighborhood was crawling with homeless people and junkies. You won't find a safe parking spot anywhere near the hotel. I saw a couple of guys trying to break into a car parked right in front of the hotel. I paid before arrival and after seeing how unsafe the neighborhood was I requested for a refund but I was rudely declined. Wouldnt recommend anyone staying here even for free.
