Prenotato una camera Prestige doppia vista lago.camera 122 non conforme come le foto della camera prenotata infatti la vista lago praticamente inesistente. Chiesto cortesemente alla responsabile dell' hotel il perché dell' incongruenza ,sono stato praticamente assalito verbalmente con parole riprovevoli ed invitato a lasciare la struttura. Ho fatto vedere dalle fotografie fatte in camera e comparate con quelle della prenotazione dove si vedeva chiara la differenza, ma la responsabile fino all' ultimo ha negato l'evidenza con fare scarso di gentilezza e professionalità. Aggiungo che tutte le camere hanno il letto matrimoniale composto da due letti separati che durante la notte si separano facilmente creando uno spiacevole vuoto in mezzo. In ultimo ho chiesto di parlare con la proprietà della struttura per fare le mie rimostranze ma mi è stata negata.

Keine Hundezäune mehr erlaubt. Reisen mit mehreren Hunden nun nicht mehr schön. Hunde 24h an der Leine die sich natürlich ständig verknoten. Geworben wird mit Hundefreundlich. Wer will seine Fellnase durchgehend anbinden? Hundezäune stören niemanden.

Hotel Villa Luisa is a nice small hotel in the quiet village Portese. The hotel is situated in walking distance from the port of Portese and a few nice restaurants.
The staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful.
The pool area is very nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot.
The breakfast selection is very nice with a large selection of fruits, eggs, bread and everything you look for.
The room was spacious enough for 4 people. However, it would be good to have more storage space in the room, here is some room for improvement. Also, the shower cabin is very small and could use a renovation.
The large balcony with amazing views of the Lake Garda is great.
We would definitely recommend the hotel and hope to be back sometime.

Villa Luisa è stata per noi una fantastica sorpresa: lode all’attenzione che il Direttore e lo staff ci hanno rivolti sin dal primo momento. Personale affiatato e pieno di energia seppur molto discreto e attento ad ogni necessità. Servizi impeccabili, bene la SPA, piscina tranquilla e molto pulita. Consigliamo di cenare in hotel, merita. Molto molto contenti

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.. nous avons apprécié l’accueil, le personne et la qualité du service en général.
Le petit déjeuner est extra, la piscine super et lhotel est situé dans très beau cadre.

Das Hotel liegt nicht direkt an der strandpromenade, aber das weiß man ja vorher.
Dafür ist es sehr ruhig man kann kostenlos parken und für Ausflüge ist es durchaus gut gelegen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zimmer waren gut klimatisiert und praktisch eingerichtet selbst für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern.
Wir würden wieder dorthin reisen.
