I come to this hotel very often for work, we have a great time especially due to the presence of Mrs. Anna Curci who overwhelms us at the breakfast buffet. Super kind, polite and always with a smile.❤️. They should only hire people like this. Sabina Argiolas

Everything was as expected! Hotel is next to highway and have a charging stations for electric cars in the basement. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very good! Definitely worth if you need to crash for 1 day and recharge the Battery during the night. Hotel room was just too hot and we have to stay with open window because they could not lower the temperature.

The hotel is very close to the discount village, about 3 minutes by car, parking nearby is also very convenient, breakfast is OK, there is a cafeteria 100 meters away from the hotel, it is also very convenient to come back for dinner in the evening, in general it is very recommended

The room I booked can actually accommodate four people. His double room on the 5th floor is a duplex building, with two small beds in the downstairs hall, and the hotel includes breakfast. Even if breakfast is not included when placing the order, the hotel will Give breakfast, I don’t know why?

We spent a very nice week in August, the staff was very professional, the room very well groomed everyday and we loved the facilities. The gym is well made and you can find anything you need to continue your routine. restaurants are very nice, you just need to book in advance to make sur to have a table. the tasting menu was really delicious! We loved the Spa that was very calm and the ideal place to rest. One thing to know and we need to get rid of those who ”book” their seats at the pool early morning and come very much later, like it is totally normal. Staff should do something about this! We only managed to access a seat at the pool once in a week! The beach is great with a lot of space and I particularly liked the security boxes in each palapa. I was just sad their was no waiting service on the beach or pool to be able to order drinks. That's the only thing I would change! The bikes are free to use to discover the surroundings, they are very comfortable and well maintained, this was a huge plus! Thank you to the all team who made our stay fantastic!

I have just returned home from my holiday in Italy. This hotel was was one of my stops and I like to share my experience. All of the staff at this Crowne Plaza were incredible and helpful. Without doubt one of friendliest staff! Upon arrival a female receptionist welcomed us friendly in good understandable englisch: She answered our questions, gives us a city map and explained us the facilities. The Restaurant manager and his team were extremely friendly and very flexible (appreciated this!). The waiters were so kind and were fulfilling all extra requests. At the end, and upon Checkout, I was pleased to meet the General Manager. I appreciated her way to provide a good leadership and how is she supporting the guest service department. Note, this is not a 4 stars hotel. I would like to add the 5th star because of the good staff. The atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to us. All respect for you because you did a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Already planning my next visit to the hotel! In Love!

Шакарное место! Со своими издержками. Историческая вилла, где хочется разглядывать каждую мелочь 😍 Атмосфера располагает читать историю, наслаждаться видами и аутентичностью. Брали двухкомнатный номер (жили с ребенком) нас было комфортно по площади номера и виду из него. Теперь уточню, что может вас ждать, когда глаза насмотрятся и наступят потребности. Возможно заранее будучи готовым - проще принять решение о бронировании. Минусы: ➖Нет воды в номере, нужно покупать самим. Можно в ресторане … но он с 12 до 22 🤷🏼‍♀️ (Сам комплект для гигиенический тоже кстати минимален, все берите с собой) ➖Большой минус для меня - отсутствие горячей еды на завтрак! Кофе, нарезка сыра, мяса. Холодный пирог с горошком. Сладкие круассаны. Хлопья с молоком и йогурты. Чизкейк. И ладно бы если можно было купить - нет! С 7 утра! либо ждать ресторан в 12, где поесть. ➖ Третий большой минус - это вай-вай! Его нет)) Есть формально, но такой…тоже 16 века)) ловит наверное где-то в определенном месте. Все понятно, наслаждайтесь ее телефоном а вилой. Но если у вас работа или в инсту хочется выложить)) но на своем мобильном интернете только. Я подключала доп тариф на эти дни Сервис максимально простой)) наверное в этом отдельный вайб: но если вы ждёте от 5 звезд этого отеля вышколеность и скорость - это не тут)) зато милые! Отдельный плюс ресторану внизу! Шикарно!!!! И кухня и атмосфера! Ниже верно пишут о том. Что многое обветшало, но это и суть данного места. Предположу, что речь и простых и стареньких ванных, кондиционерах. Которые давно можно заменить под стилизованные и было б вообще топ))) Белье постельное хорошее сделать…подушки! А так. В туалете 3 звезды, в комнате выше за счет историчности, а в целом атмосфера настоящей усадьбы!
