At my arrival, the front desk Staff was very unfriendly. Their system had a problem and my cards were refused and they treated me like somebody wanting to scam them but then they found out that it was their problem and they didn’t even apologize. Then i had my breakfest included in my trip.com booking and they wouldn’t give me the voucher, telling me that they didn’t see the breakfest, even though the price per night was higher then the normal room. No chance of trying to help me calling trip.com, so i had to pay 2 times for my breakfest. I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks… it’s not my problem, but i need to pay anyway - no apologies. It’s a Hilton, but there is no difference to other hotels. the service is unfriendly and unprofessional (except at the restaurant - they were cery friendly) and the room itself is old, there is no smart tv - so no netflix/prime - no welcome water bottle, only for purchase. i was not so satisfied with my stay
