El hotel está más preocupado por enaltecer su diseño minimalista-industrial que por atender a las necesidades reales del huésped. El baño cuenta solamente con paredes a media altura, por lo tanto te mueres de frío mientras te bañas, y además tu acompañante puede escuchar todo lo que haces dentro del baño. Durante toda mi estancia tuve que salirme de la regadera a mitad de mi baño para rogarle al personal que pusieran el agua caliente, ya que el hotel busca ahorrarse el gas y solamente encenderlo cuando la gente lo pide. Las habitaciones no cuentan con cortinas, ni black-out, así que la luz amanecer te despertará inevitablemente. Adjunto foto que muestra la carencia de cortinas y de huecos en el techo por donde entra la luz del sol… porque el diseño del hotel es orgullosamente industrial. Las puertas son de madera sin tallar, ni pulir, ni barnizar… ¡pues porque diseño industrial!, así que corres el riesgo de astillarte los dedos cada vez que abras o cierres la puerta.

My husband and I have just had the MOST amazing couples spa at this hotel. Although we aren’t staying in the hotel we noticed the spa menu when walking past and booked for today. The two ladies giving the massages are clearly incredibly experienced! I had the relaxing massage and my husband the deep tissue. Both an hour long. The environment was very relaxing with lovely smells and music. I didn’t want the massage to stop and we left so relaxed that we almost forgot to pay!! Don’t hesitate to book a treatment here.

Great points: - Great location !!! it was very close to the center where everything is happening. - The main lobby/area was very specious & nice. - Strong & steady WIFI ! - Great Massage at the hotel (extra cost), we highly recommend getting it. - Iv’an from the staff was very helpful and spoke very good English. didn't like - No steady hot water. - Isolation was very poor and all outside noise can be heard in the room. - Bathroom wall was semi complete , it is bothersome - No buffet Breakfast & if you ask for coffee with milk it is extra

AWFUL experience!! People at this property is SO RUDE!!! The guy from the front desk I believe his name is Daniel or something like that .. he is the rudest person ever! I do NOT recommend this property at all! If you are going to work in the hospitality industry you should be nice with your customers! I won’t go to this property ever again !

The place is very nice. Customer service is good, we were treated with kindness throughout the whole stay. Breakfast is great and there’s also nice places and things to do within walking distance. Definitely would recommend and revisit someday!
