Villa il fedino is one of the best hotel/agriturismo we have ever been in Tuscan! The owners family is very attentive, loving and generous! The breakfast is delicious and perfect - the best start for a beautiful day in the residence! We would definitely visit the Villa again!

Abbiamo trascorso tre notti nella suite "Junior" dal 14 al 17 agosto, Il posto è bellissimo, la colazione all'altezza della fama (non posso far altro che confermare le recensioni precedenti: prodotti freschi, di ottima qualità e varietà), piscina con vista incantevole sulle colline del Chianti (la stessa della terrazza dove si prende la colazione), Alessandra e Lorenzo gentilissimi e sempre attenti nel soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta (hanno pure fatto una serie di telefonate per trovarmi una farmacia aperta!). La camera è grande, soffitti altissimi, pulitissima, condizionatore perfettamente funzionante, finestre medioevali con scalino per sedersi e godere della brezza serale. Quello che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è che, a differenza di moltissimi hotel moderni, entrando a Villa Il Fedino si percepisce subito l'anima del luogo. I tappeti, gli arazzi, le tende, i soffitti di legno, gli affreschi trasportano subito in un'altra epoca, che Alessandra fa rivivere con ricordi personali e aneddoti. Molto apprezzabile il parcheggio interno all'ombra degli alberi, il posto è molto tranquillo pur essendo a due passi dal centro e dai negozi/ristoranti. Comoda la posizione per le classiche visite a Firenze, San Gimignano, ecc. ma anche per percorsi enologici e scoperte di piccoli gioielli architettonici.

Third year in a row...do I need to say more? There are many reasons why we come back again and again. We love everything about this small city and place. It's not touristy, but there are plenty of options. It is a beautiful villa with the most lovely owners. We always feel welcome and taken care of. Fantastic breakfast and now also an amazing pool, yes. It does elevate the experience! Besides that, there are so many wineries nearby, so if you are a wine lover - this is also for you! Villa Il Fedino exceeded all expectations. What an amazing authentic local experience in the Chianti. Lorenzo, Alessandra, the entire family and staff were so accommodating and the service was excellent . The Villa was breathtakingly beautiful, rooms spacious and very comfortable, scenery breathtaking and the addition of the new pool at the property made it even more special . The breakfast in the morning on the terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills was amazing. The cooking class with Lorenzo was so much fun and had a blast learning more about the authentic cuisine. The property is only a three minute walk to the main village which also made it even more of a convenient stay. Highly recommend this Villa for anyone who wants an authentic local experience with unforgettable views of Tuscany. Thank you Lorenzo for all your help and recommendations . We will be back !

We had the most amazing stay here! The villa is absolutely beautiful and it’s only made better by the incredible staff who run it. Lorenzo and his family were so kind and welcoming! Breakfast every morning was delicious. The cooking class with Lorenzo was a highlight of the whole trip for us. We’re still dreaming about the cheese and olive oil months later! Also, highly recommend the e-bike rental across the street. They planned a route to various vineyards for us and it was some of the most stunning views we saw. Overall, the town of San Casicano was so dreamy and our time spent in this town and at Villa il Fedino were some of our favourite days of our trip.

I had the pleasure of holidaying in Italy for my friend’s son’s wedding and stayed 10 wonderful days at Villa Il Fedino…. Family run hotel (Lorenzo and his parents) who were the most charming of people . Nothing was too much for them…. Breakfast every morning overlooking the view from their garden will remain with me for a long time to come! All bedrooms were beautifully decorated and cleaned daily with bottles of water topped up each day. 5 minute walk into town where there were plenty of places to chose from to eat and drink. The hotel’s pool had just been completed so an added bonus to a truly magical holiday! Thankyou Lorenzo…. I will definitely be back!!

Io e i miei genitori abbiamo trascorso sei notti nella "suite superior" (al piano terra) di Villa di Fedino. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa. Alessandra e Lorenzo sono molto simpatici e accoglienti. La colazione è da non perdere. La suite in cui abbiamo soggiornato non è composta da camere diverse ma invece è un'unica camera davvero enorme con soffitti altissimi. Ha la bellezza e il fascino di una villa antica mentre i letti sono comodi e il condizionatore d'aria funziona bene. Ci è piaciuto aprire la finestra medievale (con i piccoli sedili) e respirare l'aria di notte o al mattino. La posizione è molto tranquilla e silenziosa ma a pochi passi dai negozi e dai ristoranti del centro storico. È anche la posizione perfetta per raggiungere in auto i luoghi più belli della Toscana. Inoltre, credo che i lavori per la piscina interrata siano ormai terminati. Consigliatissimo. -Charles

Stanza grandissima, veramente curata, ben arredata e molto pulita, finalmente un letto comodo. Posizione ottima per visitare non solo il Chianti ma anche le altre località. Colazione buonissima sia dolce che salato con molti prodotti locali e tutto di ottima qualità. Proprietari simpatici gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Molto bello e curato anche il giardino, con panorama sulle colline.

Simply an amazing place to stay, if you’d like to experience the real Tuscany in a beautiful 14th century villa. The owners and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and will go out of their way to help you in anyway they can. The owner, Alessandra, magically, secured us a reservation at a restaurant that we had been trying for three months to get into. Her son Lorenzo, it is an amazing chef, and we loved our cooking course with him. He and his ravioli have been featured on television, and one can see why, it is absolutely tender and delicious! He gave us one of the best cooking courses we’ve taken in our month long stay in Italy. And after having cooked the ravioli with an unbelievable risotto, followed by a very tasty asparagus, soup vide egg & Parmesan dish we ate our seriously delicious supper on their terrace overlooking the Tuscan valley. Every morning you get to eat one of Lorenzo’s delicious breakfasts on that lovely terrace. The setting of the Villa is just perfect. You overlook the rolling Vineyards and olive groves but are very close to the picturesque town of San Casciano where there are some very good restaurants. Really, this a gem of a place to stay!!
