Esta fue nuestra segunda vez en Tilajari. Es un hotel que nos encantó principalmente las habitaciones del nuevo edificio, son increíbles. (El único inconveniente fue que cuando llegamos a la habitación el sofá cama no estaba listo, únicamente estaba el colchón sin preparar). Las habitaciones son modernas, espaciosas y la vista al Lago es increíble. El servicio de todas las personas es muy bueno, todos son amables y siempre atentos a ayudar. Las comidas son excelentes, quizás sería bueno que mejoren un poco el desayuno, aunque el mismo es buffet son pocas opciones y el gallo pinto no es muy bueno. Podría ser mejor comparado a los platos del almuerzo y la cena los cuales son deliciosos. Nos encantó que tienen 2 piscinas para niños por lo que es genial a la hora de ir con ellos. Esperamos volver.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The setting, the food, the staff-- all were excellent. I can't say enough about the reception desk and the waitstaff in the restaurant. Each room opened onto a lovely vista, and so many birds visited the feeders as we sat at our meals. I wish we had time to stay longer in this idyllic place!

Hotel was amazing and their staff very accommodating Bryan went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed it. I will definitely be back and totally recommend, love the location and how clean everything was, the distance from San Jose is not bad at all

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The grounds were beautiful. So many birds! The restaurant had great food! The beds were comfy! It was beautiful! Hot tub and pool was awesome. Nice and quiet, very serene on the river. Accommodations were perfect.

En el hotel la comida es exquisita, probamos un menú nuevo que estaba de admirar, de esas comidas que no quieres que se acaben. La atención del personal desde que llegamos hasta el check out fue súper atento! En el hotel nos recomendaron tours y nos ayudaron con la reserva (safari flotante, de chocolate y una cabalgata), todos fueron una experiencia que vamos a atesorar montones! De verdad súper súper recomendados, sepan que al llegar al Tilajari solo se tienen que preocupar por disfrutar, es un lugar que te desconecta totalmente del estrés, ya es nuestra segunda vez y de fijo vamos a volver 🫶🏼

The Tilijari Hotel was the perfect place to call home base while we explored the La Fortuna area. Rather than staying in La Fortuna itself (which is pretty touristy and crowded), we opted to stay nearby and we're so glad we did. The location is peaceful and expansive. It's located right next to a river where we watched wildlife play in the trees (monkeys and iguanas). The food was good and service was friendly. The breakfast buffet was yummy! I stayed in the 700 building which, I believe, is the newest building in the hotel complex. My room was large and well appointed with a private balcony that overlooked the beautiful hotel grounds. I was at the hotel for a business trip and they were very accommodating to my needs in that area--I needed some copies made and had some printing jobs as well. The staff is welcoming and very helpful. The pool is huge and a very welcome respite in the heat of the day. Overall a wonderful experience!

Como cada año, a mi esposa le encanta descansar en una de sus nuevas minisuites. Esta vez disfrutó igual, pero hizo un par de sugerencias. Excelente que ahora tengan entrada con tarjeta inteligente, pero no tan bien que las tarjetas se bloquen antes de las 11 am. Se nos quedó algo dentro de la habitación y tuvimos que ir hasta la recepción a que desbloquearan la tarjeta para recoger lo que dejamos. Segundo, la comida del buffet sigue buena, pero han reducido las opciones. Los hombres nos llenamos igual, pero a la mujeres les encanta tener más donde escoger. Lo bueno es que retocaron la piscina, lo necesitaba.
