Nosotros reservamos en hoteles.com en Complejo Base 41 y al llegar nos enteramos que en realidad era en unos apartamentos que le llaman Las Rocas que no es lo mismo que el hotel Complejo Base 41. Aclaró que mis comentarios son acerca de Las Rocas.
A estos apartamentos más que mantenimiento les falta una remodelación o renovación. Están muy viejos y las instalaciones malas. Camas viejas, baños viejos, la calefacción no sirve no es suficiente. Las rocas los separa del hotel una calle enlodada que se congela y la hace riesgosa. Mi hija se cayó y lastimó la espalda. Los caminos del hotel se congelan y es muy resbaloso y riesgoso. La puerta compartida de entrada al complejo se desprogramó 2 veces y no te dejan entrar por la puerta principal del hotel aunque las rocas sea parte de su complejo. En fin una decepción total.
Cuando reserven aseguren de contactar al hotel y que les confirmen si es el hotel o un apart-hotel o que es para evitar. Desconozco las condiciones del hotel.

Una gran calidez y generosidad para llevar a cabo la atención. Tenia que asistir a una carrera de montaña muy temprano y tuvieron la deferencia de brindar el desayuno unas horas antes de lo habitual para que lo pudiera tomar. Excelente atención!

Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio. Está a menos de una cuadra de la entrada al centro de ski, muy conveniente. Tuve problemas para llegar con la nevada porque mi auto no estaba preparado y me ayudaron recibiéndome fuera del horario de check in, manteniendo comunicación fluida y prestándome implementos para descongelar mi auto y sacarle la nieve al momento del check out. Nos hicieron upgrade y nos consideraron desayuno cuando nuestra reserva inicial no lo tenía. Contaba con una sala de Arcade con ping pong Que disfrutamos un montón. La vista era hermosa y estaba cerca de un montón de restaurantes.

Excelente lugar! Lejos de la ciudad pero si estás con vehículo es un lugar hermoso! Hay negocios cerca para salir del paso. La atención excelente!! Súper atentos a todas las necesidades de mi familia. La pileta y la sala de juegos limpias y cómodas con horarios amplios. Nos gusto mucho ir!

Nos vinimos a hospedar con amigos y nos ofrecieron dos habitaciones una para 6 y otra para 2, ambas juntas en un mismo piso. Sin embargo nos dieron 2 habitaciones para 3 personas cada una y la habitación restante para 2 con un piso de diferencia. Al reclamarlo los miembros de la recepción dicen que no son capaces de resolverlo, también la limpieza es mala y se realiza a las 17:00 hs, no tenemos unas lamparas en el cuarto, la tele no funciona, la pileta que dice ser climatizada no lo es, las puertas que dan al balcon estan rotas y entra frio y las de entrada tambien, muy mala estadía.
