Everything was clean and in order. The desk clerk was very helpful with some minor changes I needed to make. Being off of the main street meant that the area was very quiet and it is conveniently near many restaurants and shopping areas. I will definitely stay again

Clean and spacious room. Liked that there was a microwave and small fridge in the room. Pool area is clean and nice to hang out with family. It is located in a hidden area of a busy street. Staff is wonderful. Beds are cozy but need more pillows. I love pillows . Restrooms are good size but need newer towels.

While getting into our room at midnight, the room smelled like cigarettes so bad it basically hit me in the face. The room was absolutely disgusting, broken lamp and overall disgusting. Went back to the front desk to voice my concerns and wanting a refund and to leave, the workers at the desk are so unprofessional and so rude. They wouldn’t even give me a refund. I called the third party i booked with and they called the hotel and they refused to refund my booking. I called the next morning to talk to the manager and they said he wasn’t in so they gave me his email. Turns out it was a false email. DO NOT STAY HERE. Awful, Awful AWFUL

This hotel has a wonderful customer service . I was talking to one of the front desk and they told me that it has been a struggle for the current owners.because the prior manager completely damaged the hotel reputation .so they are trying to get back in business. People let’s support the Hospitality inn hotel in San Bernardino

I’ve stayed here 3 times now and I can say the stuff is amazing will go out of there way to please there guests the hotel has a good location lots of restaurants around and the room is very clean and comfortable also very good for the price will be staying again in the future than you.

Very very dirty, no smoking in property and the Able owner flirts w all the women. There were alive roaches in the digital clock area. Mold and mildew tubs and showers. No breakfast just tea n coffee.

To my surprise this location has both firm and soft pillows. Something I really appreciate since my wife and I,have different needs and likes. In the morning is a coffee as fresh,and flavor ful. It's quiet and centralized location is comforting, Refreshing and Great to have a productive week since it's close to a lot of places of interest, Highways, Public transportation resources in case you're tired of driving, And shopping needs. Thank you have hospitality inn.
