Heat in room didn't work no Continental Breakfast like advertised say Due to Covid Reasons but it doesn't say or mentioned anything about that on the website

BED BUGS!!!! The room was infested with bed bugs. The hotel refuses to give a refund after KNOWINGLY booking us into an infested room. Front desk provides horrible customer service.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed in several super 8 and this one by far was the worst. There was Roaches in the bathroom. The bedding had cigarette burns in it. No coffee station in room. The fridge FROZE everything we had in it. The room had a stale mask to it. The only good thing was the ac worked and room was super cold. Shower was not hot very luke warm. Bath towels had stains. Just overall disappointed. The lady at front desk was super nice AT 4PM check in. But the morning staff was NOT!

Stayed here for 2 nights. Of the 2 nights, I was ate up by bed bugs, didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave was so disgusting I couldn’t use it. Bathroom was dirty. Towels were not provided. Room didn’t get any cooler than 73°. The list goes on and on.

The front desk clerk was friendly & helpful. If you are going to a San Antonio Spurs game, it's in the perfect location. However, the room definitely needs upgrades. It smelled funny, the restroom floor and walls were dirty, the sofa was old & the bedspread had holes in it. Also, there was NO soap (even at the front desk). This facility is pet friendly (for $50). Parking is FREE.

I used accumulated points for this room. Not from San Antonio. I relied on Wyndham for guidance. Ads for the room included breakfast and coffee maker in room. Nothing. The heat did not work. I mean nothing coming out. I went to the desk 3 times. He not only did not offer to move me. And said since I went down 3 times complaining. He would refund my points and I can leave. I took plenty of pictures. Room was disgusting. I firmly believe 100 percent. He put me in the worst room possible because I used my points. Wyndham said breakfast. Nothing. Not even coffee. Bathroom door broken off hinges. It was the worst experience I've ever had. And i travel 6 months out of the year and stay primarily in Wyndham hotels.
