Do not stay in this hotel. The food was terrible, the room accoodations were horrrible. The coffee pot did not come with coffee, the bathroom sink and mirror are located outside the bathroom. The bathroom was so cramped the toilet had to be rotated off the back wall in order for the door to close without hitting it (only then cleared the toilet by 1/4"), the balcony was small and had an obstructed view from scafollding, and in order to access the balcony you have to shuffle your feet through an 8" gap between the queen bed and the wall A/C unit. We rented a suite, but the "suite" was actually just a small room with the beds and couch separated by a 1/4 wall partition.

Super awesome staff, and very helpful they were able to get me to my room asap and check me in as well as explained the parking with me. They also referred me to go see places and visit certain places depending on what i and my family are interested in.

Was a great hotel right on the river walk. The breakfast had more to offer than other Hyatt Places. A 10 minute walk restaurants. The room was big poor design for the bath room, not much room to take a shower with the door closed. That was the only thing that was negative about the place.

Comfortable bed, A/C excellent, breakfast good and nice and quiet. The Riverwalk view was a nice plus. Good selection of snacks in the lobby. The parking situation for this hotel was the best part, close enough to the highway but without the highway noise and adjacent to the hotel. It was the cheapest of the available parking options too. We originally wanted to be right in the thick of things with respect to shops and restaurants but in retrospect I glad we stayed in a quieter area where these places where a short walk away.

Good value, surprise breakfast included daily which was very good quality. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a short walk from the downtown area and is directly on the riverwalk. We had a balcony overlooking the river. Beautiful view. Overall very good value.

The room was clean, staff was friendly, was able to meet my expectations and provided extra pillows on request. I'm glad I didn't have to park a vehicle there as they charge for parking, which is the only downfall. Within walking distance from the Riverwalk.
