Disgusting, just don't book it. We had roaches in our room, which was bad enough but I get you sometimes get them. What really did it was waking up in the morning covered in bites and itching like mad. Left immediately getting a refund for the remainder of the planned stay but no apology after telling them how disgusting it was and the fact that I was covered in bites and no compensation. Lost the last full day of my holiday because of this, what an end to our holiday

Staff at front, very rude. Internet, no password was given even when asked for there’s hardly any service inside of building. The bathroom shower head was rusted and gross. Chair in the room had a huge rip at the top and a stain on the seat part, I don’t even want to know what it was. People were banging on the wall in the middle of the night as well as people constantly walking around outside and in the empty lot next door. There was a man IN FRONT of our room sitting in a lawn chair for whatever reason. Also, there was no breakfast as it said before booking. We didn’t stay the second night we had booked due to the issues. BUT don’t worry front desk definitely tells you there’s no refunds whatsoever lol

False advertising as listed do not recommended room dirty sheets yellow stains blankets with hair and cigarette burns towels old and stained. Requested room service explain the issue since was staing two night service never step in.

For work the room was not even habitual. It was dirty stains on the chair a hole in the shower holes on the blanket. Homeless people in the parking lot. Signs saying not to cook because the steam would set off the sensitive fire alarms and charge me 250$ of it did set off. I cancelled my reservation but of course a low rent low quality mote kept my money for the whole 3 days even though I checked out. The pictures look nothing like the actual room.

Nice and convenient easy access everything I needed convenience stores close by clean accommodations Nice place Nice people would highly recommend if anybody to go there I'm going back there again as soon as I need a place to stay in that neighborhood hopefully everybody will enjoy their services as well

Room was never cleaned during my 1 week stay. Everything is in serious need of cleaning. Stains on all bedding and towels. No cold water, only warm and scalding hot. There were gunshots just outside my window the night before I checked out.

I made a reservation and PAID on the app. I got a membership discount so I was really excited to go. The pictures looked great, and it was a reasonable price… I made my reservation earlier in the night around 8-9pm. I knew I would be arriving later than 10pm and it said if I am I needed to call and let them know prior. I called and let him know as soon as I paid. I got a confirmation number sent to me and everything. A receipt and all. My bank account was definitely charged. When I called the hotel, the person who answered the phone was definitely the person who gave us our key.. I also told him I would be arriving close to 3-4am. He told me that it was okay. Anyways, when we arrive my fiancé goes to the counter and tells the man we have a reservation. This man proceeded to argue with my fiancé for about 5 minutes straight. Telling him that he needed to take our card to charge us the rest of the hotel fee.. when I already had a reservation. He demanded over and over that he take my card and charge more money. When I showed him my call log from calling him his attitude completely changed and he said sorry to me (but that didn’t change the way he just treated us at 3:45 in the morning when we’ve been driving ALL day). I reserved a king room with a remodeled bathroom in it with nice tile and everything. I was excited for the shower! He told us that he didn’t have it available anymore (after I called to check in at 9pm) and that he would give us a different room (that was cheaper than what I paid for). I was so damn tired I didn’t care I just said whatever and give me the key at that point. I was really disappointed in not getting my room after all of that. He even handed me MY RECEIPT. How can you try to charge me extra and then give me my receipt? Anyways we go to the room and get our stuff inside. Go to start the shower and I notice there’s black mold everywhere in the bathroom (and the shower is definitely NOT remodeled). We didn’t even end up showering because of how unsafe that is to be exposed to.. I didn’t even want to stay the night at that point because we were still in a room with black mold! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service. Very disrespectful. And definitely not a healthy environment to sleep in. It’s probably the reason why we are sick now; because we were exposed to black mold.

Front Desk was closed at 3:00 pm which is check in time. I had to call the clerk, who came a few minutes later. Place was practically empty except for a few guests. No breakfast and no drinking water available, not even through a vending machine. My room was clean though and housekeeping was very respectful.
