We had two families stay at Hotel Donatz during Christmas week and we all had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and the wine bar and restaurant were fabulous. The hotel location is on a quiet street, and close to the train station. We will all go back to Hotel Donatz in the future.

Foi ótimo o hotel até nos deu direito a usar o SPA da cidade que foi maravilhoso, a única coisa que não achamos bom é que fica uns 15 minutos de St. Moritz e, o acesso de õnibus era um pouco difícil nesses feriados de Natal

Hotel Donatz - Samedan
Hotel bastante confortável.
Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos e cordiais.
Localizado bem próximo à estação do trem e pontos de ônibus.
Hotel oferece transporte público gratuito.
Não utilizamos o SPA porque não levamos roupa de banho. Foi uma pena.

Ankommen, wohlfühlen und geniessen!
Obwohl wir oft im Engadin sind, waren wir bisher noch nie im Hotel Donatz. Aber dies wird sich ändern, denn wir waren restlos zufrieden vom Hotel, dem tollen Restaurant, der Weinbar und der Gastfreundschaft!

Wir sind sehr freundlich von Frau Donatz begrüsst worden. Nachdem wir 2 Stunden vor dem offiziellen Check in dort waren, konnten wir zwar noch nicht auf's Zimmer, unser Gepäck aber einstellen und als wir eine Stunde später wieder kamen, waren unsere Koffer bereits auf dem Zimmer. Toller Service! Wir hatten über Day Dreams Halbpension gebucht (sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis). Man isst in einem kleinen Raum neben der Weinbar, der sehr gemütlich ist. Nachdem kaum noch Restaurants in Samedan geöffnet waren (Zwischensaison), gab es ein Platzproblem und daher nur die Möglichkeit um 18 oder 20 Uhr zu essen. Das war zwar nicht perfekt, aber nachdem man auch noch kostenlos die Therme besuchen kann, konnten wir es uns gut einteilen. (18 Uhr war uns zu früh.) Es lohnt sich jedoch, ein wenig auf das leckere Vier-Gang-Menu zu warten. Ober Daniel ist einfach super! Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch dort ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

O hotel é muito charmoso e eu nunca fui tão bem tratada pelos funcionários. Como ficamos 3 noites tivemos direito à um cartão para usar em todos os transportes públicos, teleféricos , funiculares nestes dias. Além disso , tivemos acesso à um SPA , bem legal , que fica na cidade de Samedan.

Rundum tolle Unterkunft. Kleines Hotel mit allem was man braucht. Die Zimmer sind gross, sehr gemütlich und sauber, tolle Betten und Bettwäsche. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit (bsp Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer). Frühstück in einem sehr schönen Raum mit allem was man braucht und sehr freundlichen Service. Sehr zu empfehlen!
