"We had a wonderful 2-day stay at **Viraj Sarovar Portico** and the experience was truly memorable from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay. The ambience throughout the property was calm and welcoming, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. A very special mention goes to **Mukesh** from the dining area. His courteous nature, attentiveness, and genuine care made our dining experience exceptionally pleasant. He ensured everything was served perfectly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. It is because of dedicated staff members like him that a good stay turns into a great one. The food was delicious, service was prompt, and the overall hospitality exceeded our expectations. We truly appreciate the efforts of the entire team and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"We chose Sarovar Jammu because we had such a great stay at Sarovar Srinagar and were hoping for a similar experience. Unfortunately, this one didn't quite have the same vibe. The hotel felt a bit quiet and deserted during our stay, although that may have been because there wasn't any event or crowd at the time. There was also no valet service. We stayed in the Suite, which was the biggest room available. While it was comfortable, it didn't feel as impressive as the suite at Sarovar Srinagar. The beds were very comfortable though, and we had a good night's sleep. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Vikas for helping us with our room and to Saba from the kitchen staff for being so courteous. We ordered Chinese ***** with Thai curry. The Chinese was good, but I think the Thai curry could definitely be improved. The building itself also feels a little dated and could use some renovation. One issue that was disappointing was the shower. Water leaks out of the shower enclosure and onto the bathroom floor while bathing. We experienced the same issue at Sarovar Srinagar as well, so it seems to be something the brand should look into. Overall, it's a decent hotel for business trips or a one-night stay. The staff are its biggest strength, but compared to our experience at Sarovar Srinagar, this stay didn't quite live up to our expectations."
